Fantastic hotel and want to stay again

很喜歡的度假酒店，雙大堂設計，快艇的方式抵達酒店是以前都沒有體驗過的。每天會有一些免費的活動、下午茶，也有收費活動可供選擇，住在裏面絕對不會無聊。酒店的spa很舒服，價格也非常優惠。

非常好的酒店，服務態度很好，房間也很贊。酒店的船至水上巿場特別推薦，感覺是最好的，沒有之一。酒店下午茶也很贊，下次還要來

靜謐而美好，環境太好了，蟲鳴鳥叫。酒店早餐的米粉是我吃過的這麼多家五星級酒店裡最好味道的，念念不忘。一定要預訂酒店的船去水上市場，船很復古，服務也相當好，當你在路上對比其他遊客坐的船，就知道物有所值了！來西貢接我們的司機也非常友好。

Magnifique hôtel.ambiance très zen. Tout est parfait .on arrive à l’hôtel par bateau. Calme absolu. Plusieurs petits bungalows dissimulés un peu partout. La cuisine est très bonne. Penser à prendre du temps pour se reposer au bord de l’immense piscine.

Cet endroit est très joli et pourrait être un joyau au Vietnam vu son isolement, le cadre idyllique, la beauté des villas, la sublime piscine, le personnel aux petits soins, les repas succulents mais nous regrettons vraiment deux choses : alors qu'on vous isole sur une ile, vous devez payer la navette en bateau (4 euros par personne pour 3 minute de bateau) si vous souhaitez quitter l'hôtel à une autre heure que 9H ou 10H et idem le soir ! Du jamais vu pour un hôtel de ce standing et de ce prix. Mais le pompon c'est quand nous étions paisiblement installés au bord de la piscine pour nous remettre de notre long et épuisant périple au Vietnam et que nous avons vu (plutôt d'abord entendu) un groupe d'enfants en colonie de vacances débarquer. Quelle déception ! Qu'est ce qu'un groupe d'enfants en voyage scolaire vient faire dans un endroit qui se veut si tranquille et haut de gamme. Vraiment une énorme fausse note selon nous !

Magnifique endroit, un véritable havre de paix.Situé sur une île du Mékong,on accède à l' hôtel par bateau, le manager français très présent et accueillant vous souhaite la bienvenue. Les chambres dispersées dans des bungalows sont d' un luxe discret et raffiné....la piscine est géante... c' est paradisiaque... Nous avons énormément apprécié le dîner et le petit déjeuner ...Un seul regret : nous n'avions qu'une nuit de prévu dans ce bel endroit...quel dommage...!

Superbe adresse ! Des chambres spacieuses et très joliment décorée. Un restaurant exceptionnel avec un service aux petits soins. Un spa très agréable. Une adresse que je recommande à 100% vous ne serez pas déçu, c’est un véritable coin de paradis.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 12 ans dans 2 magnifiques bungalows, très joliment décorés, et si confortables... L'environnement est magnifique, et très bien entretenu... la piscine est un havre de paix et très joliment construite... Nous avons énormément apprécié la qualité des repas et du service. Le directeur de l'hôtel est français, il est très présent, et s'assure de la satisfaction de ses clients. Nous aurions pu rester quelques jours de plus tellement l'expérience était réussie !

Wow! We stayed at luxury hotels throughout Vietnam on our 2 weeks there, and while the rooms at the Azerai are simple and understated, it was my favorite because of the hotel grounds - simply amazing and beautiful. You will feel far from any hustle and bustle (and taking the boat back and forth to the hotel was always easy and quick and part of the fun) and it is so peaceful. We loved just sitting and watching the river and boats go by from our porch and sitting by the lotus pond having a cocktail. Staff were kind and helpful but not overbearing, food was delicious, and we slept so well. We took the bikes on a small ride around the grounds which was fun as well as a lounge by the pool - so relaxing. This is a must stay if you are in Can Tho.

Quite frankly we feel we wasted 3 days of our time going to and staying at the Azurai. We booked as part of a trip via an upmarket travel company because we wanted to see a floating market, and were assured that the best place to do this was Can Tho and that the Azurai was the best place from which to do this as well as being one of the best hotels in Vietnam. Arrived with high hopes after a long journey (internal flight then 4 hours by car from HCM City) Offered a range of 'extras' such as yoga / spa/ special meal when all we wanted was something to eat and drink - it being 4pm and breakfast was long ago. Had some tea then taken to room by golf buggy. Room somewhat hot (it being 37C and nearly 90% humidity) so phoned reception for help adjusting air con. To cut a very long story short, after a farcical 5 hours featuring banging / workmen coming in and out of room / google translate/no one able to tell us what was happening apart from saying 'fixed 20 minutes'/ the Manager being summonsed / us getting increasingly hot, hungry, thirsty to the point of dehydration, going to dinner bedraggled and damp we got into a suitable room. Why was the air con not switched on before we arrived ? If it had been it would have been apparent that it was broken. Why did no one move us earlier ? Next morning we set off for the floating market (bit of a kerfuffle at the boat because no one could explain that we had to join 'our' boat elsewhere ) When we got to the actual boat it was very nice, the continental breakfast was good and the guide , Wing delightful. Sailed through Can Tho to the 'Floating Market' which is a shadow of what we had been led to expect (Ive written this up separately) Wing tried her best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible but she could not show us what is not there any longer. Our disappointment was off the scale. The rest of the time we spent reading and trying to relax. Mr G used a cycle to look round the Island and I had a couple of swims. I will just mention that as a person with restricted mobility the hotel did not suit me well, its somewhat spread out (hence the cycles - if one can use them !) also the pool does not have a hand rail for those unsteady on their feet. Tastes differ - we are not fans of minimalism - to us the hotel seemed bland and somewhat featureless in many respects, we just felt we could be anywhere in the World that is hot. We consider that the levels of service we experienced were poorer than the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. This maybe because most of the staff did not seem confident speaking English - we don't expect everybody to speak our language - but in a luxury hotel we would hope to be able to communicate particularly when there are problems. We ate at the restaurant - breakfasts are good, there is basically a list of food and you order whatever you want, as often as required. Full marks for excellent hash browns (not something we expected to find !) Dinner was ok - Mr G does not eat f

We had a wonderful experience here. We felt like George Clooney and Amal arriving at our private island by speed boat!The hotel is pristine and is so comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with a great array of both European and Vietnamese food served. It was lovely to be served breakfast for a change and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Zen on reception and Pho in the dining room who were exceptional in their service. This is a hotel not to be missed. We will return.
