Located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, Macarena Residence (House Nº 15) is a lovely vacation retreat with access to the beach of the Caribbean Ocean facing Women’s Island.
This fantastic Residence has been recently renovated with many new upgrades.
The condominium is situated on the beach, and from the house you have partial view to the Caribbean Sea.You are about 5 to 10 minutes away to the major area such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainments in the hotel zone, or from down town area by bus or taxi.
Inside the Residence, you will enjoy a stylish décor, comfortable furnishings, attractive bedrooms in suites and high hand amenities to make your vacation a perfect getaway.

With 4090 square feet, big living & dinning room with bar, with the partial view to the Caribbean Sea and Women Island, 4 bedrooms in suites, with 4 full bathrooms, big living & dining room, full equipped kitchen, laundry area with washer and dryer and with all you need, like your own house. Available covered garage for two cars.

In the condominium you have tennis court, basket, swimming pool, BBQ and a large garden with a playground for kids, security 24/7. You have the beach access from the condominium. Just only one block walking on the beach, you have a Beach Club & Marina, where you can have a great lunch and waters sports are available for rent, such as wave runners, wind surf, catamaran, parasailing, etc…
We have different properties in the Hotel Zone available for rent , so, we provide a personal attention to all of our guests, and with more than 10 years in the market we gain an excellent reputation in the hospitality industry.

Spacious and great location
We felt at home. House is big and located in a convenient spot. Very clean and has everything tou need. We would definitely stay there again.

Good for big families
Great place lots of room. Everything is clean. Close to everything in cancun. Also an hour away from playa del carmen. Using uber to get around works great. Within walking distance to a cruise to the isle of mujeres as well.

I had an AWESOME TIME AT THIS RESIDENCE..IT WAS SO CLEAN AND INVITING. MY FRIENDS AND I DID A GIRLS TRIP. THE LOCATION AND VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL..I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS CONDO..MY FAMILY AND I WILL BE RENTING AGAIN LATER THIS YEAR!!

Vacation stay
We had an overall nice stay at this condo. The property manager was responsive. Condo was very clean. It is in a great location if you want to be in the hotel touristy zone.
One thing that was surprising and I did not see it in the listing description was that we needed to pay an additional $100 on arrival in cash in case the electricity bill was over the allotted Kilowatts. This transaction had to be done without a receipt. If excessive use of electricity has happened in this property, this should be included in the original deposit amount and not be asked at arrival and in cash. I am still waiting for reimbursement of this deposit (2 days later).
