Located in the east side of the island 55 minutes from San Juan and the San Juan Intl. Airport in the residential community of Palmas del Mar. The hotel features 8 restaurants and bars 14000 sq. Ft of indoor and outdoor meeting space for events up to 400 guests. The community is home to the largest tennis complex in the Caribbean as well as 2 award winning golf courses. The hotel offers the only all inclusive package in Puerto Rico but also offers the room only option for those traveling on business. A family river style pool as well as a relaxing infinity pool are available year round. Beach is only 400 feet away.

C'est la première fois que nous avons visité l'hôtel et il n'y a aucun doute que nous reviendrons. Nous sommes allés avec nos enfants de moins de 10 ans et nos grand-mères. Je utilise des équipements de mobilité et nous avons tous eu accès pour le plaisir. Les installations et les options d'activité : piscine, forêt Pterocarpus, parc d'enfants et feu de nuit étaient excellentes et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le meilleur objet de l'expérience était le service et le personnel de l'hôtel. Xiomar et Carlos Serrano nous ont fourni des services de transport et quand nous avons demandé ce qu'il pouvait faire avec le fauteuil roulant, ils ont tous deux dit ne pas s'inquiéter, nous trouverons un moyen et ainsi ils l'ont fait. Le service de la clientèle a été très bien servi, mais il a répondu à toutes mes questions par téléphone. Gabriela nous a salus au bureau de front et dès notre arrivée, elle nous a fait sentir spécial et bien que je ne puisse pas capturer les noms des autres, tout le monde a littéralement quitté leur chemin pour fournir un bon service. L'hôtel est sans argent, vous devez donc apporter de l'argent pour pouvoir vous donner des conseils. Si elles ne arrivent pas tôt et ne se débarquent pas, il serait bon d'avoir l'option d'acheter.
