From the time my daughter and I checked in at night until we checked out 3 weeks later, we had an extraordinarily positive and eventful stay at Santana Beach Resort. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful. We also got a lovely room with 2 balconies - located exactly where we had wanted it. Thank you! Amar - the head of the restaurants worked professionally and made sure from the start of our stay that our wishes were fulfilled in connection with our half board. Amar also followed up continuously to make sure everything was okay throughout our stay. Thank you! Every morning for the most delicious fresh breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, juice, omelette, Indian and regular breakfast and a lot of other stuff - we were greeted at the check-in counter at the entrance by big beautiful Indian smiles from Sunil and Subal and a good morning greeting too - then the start of another positive day could begin. Thank you! The entire morning staff were sweet and helpful - and they constantly worked on tidying up and cleaning, so that the restaurant appeared inviting. Thank you! When Shubham was at work he always came by our table and politely asked if we were doing well - and if we needed help with anything. Very empathetic. Thank you! For dinner we were served daily by an absolutely fantastic team of waiters: Subal, Basant, Biju, Mukesh, Om ……. they gave good recommendations for varied food and drink choices. The smiles, laughter and good vibes was amazing. They also patiently answered our continuous curious questions about Indian culture, family traditions, lifestyle and more. It was a great experience to be allowed to meet them at eye level - as the people behind the waiter. Thank you for wanting to interact so kindly and openly with us every single day - that's what we wanted - all of you was making us happy and feeling good every day. Thank you very very very much! The food is a chapter in itself - completely tasty, fresh ingredients and well-made - so delicious. Thank you! The garden is like a tropical jungle, with coconut palms and a flowerbed in all colors. Gardeners work hard every single day sweeping, watering, mowing, digging in the soil, planting. Thank you for keeping such a beautiful jungle garden! Through the winding garden paths there is direct access to the beach and the Calamari restaurant with a view of the sea. The entire staff on the beach were nice and helpful - and knew we would have delicious fresh Mango juice in the afternoon day after day. They always find sunbeds to us - Thank you! Calamari is well visited, also by Indians. I was lucky enough to meet a few Bollywood stars - who I also got to speak to personally - another extraordinary experience at Santana. Our cleaning *** Sukesh made the cutest towel figures for us every day, which we collected during our stay. They made the room decorative and homely. The room was kept clean and tidy, and we got free bottled water daily. Every time we met the smiling, energetic

Santana Beach Resort did not disappoint this time either! We spent another amazing three weeks in Santana . The staff and environment are the best you can get!! The rooms and the hotel area in general are clean and comfortable. Green and healthy plantings. The staff makes you feel welcome! We highly recommend it!

Our stay at Santana beach resort was very peaceful and comfortable. Trevor from Santana helped us and guided us through all the stages. I would personally thank each and every staff members of Santana, from restaurant to housekeeping. They were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort. This is one of the best beach resorts in goa condlim come and feel the difference between other resortsi is well maintained and good environmental it is also good staff

My stay at Santan Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic. The location is unbeatable, offering direct, peaceful access to the beautiful Candolim beach—a true highlight. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lush, well-maintained gardens. The two swimming pools were a welcome feature, and the poolside bar added to the relaxed vacation vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the famous Calamari restaurant is just steps away. For a serene and convenient stay in Goa, I highly recommend this resort.

Santana Beach Resort is the best property in Candolim. We have been staying here for the last 14 years and the quality had been consistently very good at very reasonable rates. Very family friendly with great access to the beach and great places to visit all around. Their in house restaurant Olegario serves authentic goan cuisine. The highlight for me at Santana s the staff. I normally measure the health of a resort by the attitude of the staff. Extremely well trained, warm and friendly. Starting from the reception, house keeping, restaurant, bar, security and the gardeners. Like the famous Eagle's song, Santana for us is "You can check out any time you want but you can never leave" as the heart stays with Santana.
