The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

很好！剛進去的時候下雨走的是餐廳，超級貼心的幫我和行李送到了前台，前台小姐姐也很平易近人，剛去很多聽不懂，卡也不能用，特別貼心的指導。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，離機場幾分鐘距離，附近就是地鐵站很不戳！

Great stay night before we flew. We choose to stay here night before we fly as I find it takes the stress out of the day. You can arrive the night before you have a few drinks and a meal. The next day, breakfast and shower before heading to the airport 🛫. We do the deal where you pay for 2 course meals with a drink and breakfast the next day. Can't wait to return in August

The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable without any complaints. The lift was on the small side as you would expect people to have luggage. We ate in the bar area, the food was on the expensive side but all served hot and tasty. We used the airports night before drop off for cases, which was brilliant.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff . They should have just an evening meal deal as they only have a breakfast and evening meal deal and a lot of flights are before breakfast which the meal deal doesn't cover. The drinks are a bit expensive

Could have done with other pillow options. With there being no AC and a lot of airport facing windows the choice is being warm or not sleeping due to noise. The soaps were watered down which made hand washing and showering awkward. Staff excellent and cleanliness spot on.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight with 3 kids. Absolutely amazing. The receptionist was a young girl Emily, very welcoming, chatty and interacted with our children also. Very smooth and fast check in. Food was lovely, everything served in a good time with lovely waiting service. All staff were smiling even though it was super busy! There were pictures in the bar for our children to colour in which is a VERY good idea, kept the little ones quiet! Overall lovely night
