This vacation paradise is your “Endless Summer” and was fully renovated in November 2022. We have recently retrofitted the home with all new furniture, full air conditioning, electrical lighting, new blinds, selective flooring replacement and has been freshly repainted inside and out. Come surround yourself with rare collector surf themed artwork and modern art pieces. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is located on the main level along with a comfortable family room and romantic dining area with grand bay-windows that bathe the main level in natural light filtered through a forest of palms. Also on the main level is an elevated glass railed balcony which includes a natural gas BBQ and that allures peaceful moments under starry night skies. Enjoy your meal dining on our spacious front patio that boasts a new “fire table” with comfortable new swivel patio chairs. A spacious master suite loft shares the grand bay windows that feature partial blue water ocean views to enjoy magical sunsets. For your comfort there is a king size bed, swivel chair, storage bench, fireplace, cozy desk with blue tooth speaker and working keyboard tray. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the oval soaking tub, or in the spacious tile shower, his and her vanities, walk-in closet, and a private sundeck. Two guest bedrooms are tucked downstairs with one new queen bed and dresser, and the second bedroom sporting two new twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space, a full bath to share, laundry area and ironing board. All three bedrooms come with brand new comfortable mattresses, comforters, and assorted pillows to help insure a restful night. All three bedrooms have brand new, large screen 50” Smart 4k TVs with Hulu Streaming services (other services available through your sign in accounts). The home is gated on both ends and equipped via Ring Camera security systems Wake up to ocean breezes and fresh-brewed coffee at home. Or walk to nearby favorites: VG's Donuts, Bump Coffee, Starbucks, or Pipes Cafe' to start your day. You are just a short walk to the beach to catch waves or watch the pros at legendary surf spots including Cardiff Reef, Suckouts, Turtles, Pipes, Swami’s and more! The home is gated on both ends and equipped via Ring camera security systems. Prepare sumptuous home cooked meals with locally sourced gourmet foods from the popular Cardiff Seaside Market. Sample cuisine at one of many beach-front and local restaurants. Browse eclectic and upscale shops and eateries in the Cardiff Town Center and Cardiff Village, just around the block.
