« Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip.
Sadly the room was not up to standard,
Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities.
General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice.
View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless. »

Le design de l'hôtel est de style industriel, les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Les toilettes situées au sixième étage ont une atmosphère très calme et élégante. Le petit-déjeuner servi par le restaurant est délicieux. Le seul inconvénient est que l'ascenseur était en panne pendant mon séjour. »

« We stayed in Future Inn Cardiff for the first time and had a great time there. The room was large and good for our family of four. The location was fantastic and well connected to city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was right and finally the included breakfast was really proper and fantastic. Thank you. »

« Les seules raisons pour lesquelles j'ai donné 4/5 étoiles pour le service étaient la station de boissons chaudes en libre-service et la possibilité de faire soi-même des toasts. Commandez mieux leurs plats du jour, cependant, cette fois, mes œufs pochés n'étaient pas mous. Excellent vin et excellent déjeuner au bar qu'ils nous ont permis de manger au restaurant, ce qui était un bonus. J'adore cet endroit. Promenades à travers les zones humides et vers Penarth et liens faciles vers Barry Island. Le spa est génial et le quartier calme à côté de la salle de sport est génial pour lire »

拔拔記Undeniably, the location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the Cardiff Castle and the city center, only few minutes to there. The hotel also provides carpark with a reasonable charges. The staff is friendly, except that when we requested 2 more pillows, the staff questioned us why we did not take the spare pillows in the wardrobe where he didn't realize that those pillows were taken by his colleague who took them to set up 2 sofa beds for us. We explained this to him but it appeared to me that he was very impatient and impolite and cut the line. At last, of course the staff did not follow up.
Same as other advise, the hotel really needs renovation as the decoration and fittings are old and outdated.

MMatthew MarkBooked one night when I thought I was paying for 2. For the price I was paying, I was expecting much more. Hotel needs modernisation, very much out of date. Heater in the room doesn't work so it's still cold. Next to a loud street (but that's my problem, I should have known better). The photos on trip.com make it look much better than it actually is. I think this room is worth £50 a night max. I wouldn't consider paying more. Disappointing.

Cet hôtel est tout à fait idéal pour voyager par train, à côté de la gare centrale de Cardiff.
Après avoir expliqué mon séjour à la réception, j'ai demandé un verre d'eau pour mes voyages et il me a été donnée complimentaire que je apprécie vraiment.
L'hôtel était très confortable et très confortable.

FFilnadService was top-notched. As a hilton gold member, i was given complimentary upgrade to the King Junior Suite. We had access to the lounge as well. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely comeby again next time.

IInvitéI really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out.
However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them.
Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion.
Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.

TThismorningiwokeupinI stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

IInvitéWe arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .

KKEMALThe check-in, check out process is automatic using a code. There isn't anyone around that you can reach when you need. The check-out time is 10:00 AM and if you're outside at that time you cannot re-enter to the building or your room if you were at the toilet, shower etc at 10:00. Sent e-mails through trip.com as well as to their regular e-mails address never got replies. There is no chance of leaving your bag if you'd like to discover the city, I had to carry my luggage with me all day after check-out and got soaked because of the rain together with my luggage. In my second visit, by paying a double of what I paid here I stayed at Marriott and worth every penny.
