Hôtels près de St Mary＇s Church, Cardiff

Nous avons séjourné là 2 nuits avec mon partenaire , la chambre était petite comme une chambre de boxe mais nous avons juste dormi là, c'était assez. La propreté n'était pas la meilleure et le lit semble être quelqu'un qui avait déjà été utilisé avant, mais je pense que le gardien a juste pris la cour, et le parc était des gouttes de sang ... Nous n'avons pas plaint ou rien, mais le gestionnaire doit vérifier correctement pour personne qui ne se rencontre pas.

We had an amazing experience here. We got our rooms upgraded for free and the room was too good with the view. Loved spending time at the pool and sauna. Surely recommended

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

Le climatisation fonctionnait très bien et était un bon changement de la vague de chaleur de l'extérieur! L'hôtel était très calme qui était surprenant vu la taille de l'activité. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, et le buffet était régulièrement dressé. La seule chose qui a laissé l'hôtel à côté et qui a fait une réduction de la notation était la réception. Les récepteurs se sont rencontrés très froids et n'ont pas montré la « véritable hospitalité » que nous voyons habituellement dans les hôtels IHG. N'étaient pas accueillis. Le froid et l'abrutité ont été ressentis à la fois lors de l'entrée et de la sortie par différents personnels.

Hairdryer is provided in the shared shower room, and with curtain next to each bed which provides greater conveniency and privacy. While free tea and coffee are provided next to the reception 24/7. However, the lock here is password lock, and the staff would change the password frequently for preventing homeless people, this can be good or not, one hand is providing greater safety, yet, it can also make you being lock outside the hostel (that's what I experienced). And one more thing is that I found bloodstain on the bed sheet. Overall, I would say it's a cost-effective choice

Les signes autour de l'hôtel et surtout les signes qui mènent au parc de voiture de l'hôtel sont très confusionnelles. Le petit paragraphe de texte sous le véhicule n'est pas totalement inacceptable. Il est inlégibil de l'autre côté de la connexion. J'ai parlé au personnel de l'hôtel et expliqué que j'étais un ancien sergent de police sur le trafic et si j'ai trouvé cela confus, la plupart des conducteurs doivent avoir des questions. Il m'a été conseillé que les questions en cours ont été soulevées avec le conseil local.Le signal de la ligne de bus est également étalé, le signal proche est 10 mètres plus loin sur la route, de sorte que vous ne pouvez pas vous tourner comme vous vous trouvez au milieu de une grande raccordement occupé.

Grand hôtel au centre de Cardiff. En raison de son emplacement, il peut être bruyant mais il n'a pas été perturbé. L'hôtel est en général excellent, le personnel est accueillant et attentif. Il restera certainement ici. Petit parking au dos de l'hôtel. Si plein, il y a d'autres parcs de voiture à proximité.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. La chambre était très confortable, et la chambre était très confortable. Il a une grande conn d'air, une bonne TV de qualité, des installations de thé et de café, une belle salle de douche ( design intelligent ) , un sèche-cheveux, tout ce que vous vouliez et attendez pour un hôtel de chaîne à un prix raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était très bon, avec un buffet avec bacon, œufs, sauce, toast, croissants, céréales, yogurt et fruits. Le seul côté de la ville est le seul endroit à marcher à distance est le pub à côté de la porte, mais le pub à côté est fantastique, avec de beaux aliments que j'ai pensé très raisonnable en raison de l'excellente qualité. L'hôtel est aussi un restaurant et dispose d'un bar.

Excellent location. Chambres propres sans spot. Certainement une chambre avec vue du plancher 14. Élévateurs rapides. Tous les espaces propres et confortables. Lit confortable et grande. Personnel professionnel et ami. Super grande télévision, beaucoup de souteaux, y compris les ports USB.

Just got back from a golf and spa weekend as a group of 6. Reception service really good. Room was lovely. Bed was a bit hard for me but partner liked it (personal preference). The men had golf included and us women had the spa included. As far as I know, the lads enjoyed the golf course- preferred the PGA course over the Lake course. They did say it is a long walk especially if you’re older and less able- I would recommend buggies! The spa was lovely, provided with robes, slippers and a towel. We had a 50 min treatment included. I had the facial and back massage which was really relaxing! Bar service was brilliant. Drinks not too pricey unless you want cocktails. On to our 3 course evening meal we had included. You have a set menu if your 3 course meal is included in your package. Fair few things to choose from. The food was lovely- we had the steak which was really good and all cooked to our liking. Cannot fault the food at all, however, the service- although really friendly, it was extremely slow. Our table was at 8.30 and we didn’t leave the restaurant till gone 11.30, this wasn’t down to sitting talking- this was from waiting between each course. We were all so stuffed and as you can imagine wasn’t too pleased eating such a huge meal so late. We had breakfast in the morning which was buffet. The breakfast was spot on, help yourself to full cooked breakfast or continental (yogurts, cereals, pastries)- all yummy. The man who came round offering tea or coffee was really efficient and friendly. You can also help yourself to a selection of juices. Our second day although we weren’t allowed to go in the spa which we initially thought we had included, we could use the leisure facilities (wet facilities) including the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. We were able to shower after as you get given a towel. Overall we all really enjoyed our weekend!
