3 Bedroom 2 Bath modern condo. This condo is 2 floors, has plenty of room and space to lounge. The bedrooms have TVs as well as the living room. The condo has wifi. Garage is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boggie boards. This unit has 2 single car garages. Patio has a BBQ and a nice area to lounge in. The unit has ocean-views from the living-room, patio, and bedroom. Walk from your door to Carlsbad's famous Tamarack Beach Park in 45 steps, and less than 3 minutes! Another great trip We just love this house! Steps from the beach, a nice walk to the village and an amazing patio for evenings together by a fire. Just so relaxing and very clean! Love it! Have stayed for the past several years and will stay again soon!

Soccer Moms get away! We were in town while our girls played in a soccer tourney and this was the best place to stay! Beautiful view of the water, super quick walk to the beach (under 1 min), and a 10-15 min walk into town makes it a great location. We had friends over one night to enjoy the patio and fire which was enjoyed by all. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Convenient location Beautiful property with easy access to the beach and Legoland. Loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use!

Third year in a row! We just love this place. So clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. The patio with the fire pit is so amazing and where we gathered for meals and late night talks and morning coffee. All while enjoying the beautiful weather. Will stay again for sure!!

Perfect trip It is such a beautiful home and we are grateful to have stayed there. The patio in front with seating and fire pit are just perfect for family evenings. This was our second stay and we are already planning the next one!
