"Nous avons séjourné dans la casita no.1 et nous sommes situés à côté de la rue et la porte avant de l'hôtel. Le bruit est le problème qui vient de avec 4 roues ATV et camions de pick-up en continu zig zag et faire un massacre de bruit sur la rue à côté de notre chambre de ce qu'un quel genre de calme cela aurait pu être! L'autre question HUGE est la porte de l'hôtel LOUD SLAMMING de matin à soir. Le DUST de la route fait de la route notre casite no.1 Cette chose a été un désordre .... Nous avons demandé d'être déplacé mais nous avons dit qu'ils étaient pleins mais j'ai constaté de nouveaux arrivants constamment.... Dans les autres casitas , je suis sûr qu'il est mieux.... Amoureux du personnel... la piscine et la proximité de tout autour. Pura Vida ! Peut-être pas à casita no.1"

"Magnifique hôtel. Nous avions l’impression d’être seul sur la magnifique plage à admirer les vagues. Pour 5 nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 et un bungalow sur la plage dans lequel nous passions nos journée en famille. Très bonne combinaison. Le restaurant est délicieux et le personnel adorable. Gentilles, serviables, discrets, tout ce qu’on aime dans un restaurant. Pura Vida."

"This is not a relaxing hotel, but instead a loud party hostel with budget facilities: Music noise - the Banana Beach Club plays very loud music from the afternoon to 10pm which vibrates throughout the room. We were also woken up several times in the early by parties on the beach. You will get very limited sleep staying here. Pool - Most days non-guests use the pool, including loud and rude kids, and on one occasion a kid forced their dog into the pool. Generally it is very dated and very little care is taken in tidiness. Noise from the generators next to pool is constant. Reception - no fixed reception service as a hotel would typically have - one person is available at a “reception” kiosk room between 9am and 4pm. Any assistance needed outside these hours is made via WhatsApp so is not instant. Also we had a power cut for water and electricity on our second day, so could not receive updates as the WiFi was unavailable. Restaurant - the restaurant and hotel are completely separate, apart from the breakfast being complementary for guests, and this is unclear from the website as we only found out upon arrival. This means guests can’t freely use the beach loungers or set up a room tab for food/drinks. No explanation of breakfast, timings - got there at 7am only to be told it starts at 8am so we missed this several times from leaving early for tours/transfer etc. Room - No kettle, coffee machine but no powdered milk/crema. Fridge outside (not in room) and doesn’t open properly as gets caught by the cupboard door latch - kitchen light very dim so difficult to see. Only one bedside table so had to leave belongings on the floor. No clothes hangers or even hooks."

"L'hôtel est loin de la description annoncée. La piscine est sale, la chambre dispose de meubles très anciens, la rust était sur la toilette et la cuisine. L'aire environnante n'est pas aussi jolie. Il était clair un malannonce et nous avons dû trouver un hôtel de remplacement. Nous vous recommandons absolument de ne pas partir, à moins que vous ne soyez prêt à quelque chose de vraiment différent de ce que vous voyez."
