Beautiful décor with minimalist accents, lots of sunlight and beautiful live plants. We are 5 minutes away from the mall and best restaurants. Close to Dominguez Hills University and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Enjoy the best beaches just 15 to 20 min away. 30 min away from Disneyland & Universal Studios. 19 min from LAX.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No illegal activities, no smoking, no drugs, no skinny dipping. Pool hours from 8am-9pm. Quiet hours from 8am to 10pm..If we find evidence of smoking inside the apartment, a $200 fee will be charged.,Check out is 11am. Wonderful stay and super convenient location
We were not aware until we received check-in instructions that the rental is actually an apartment/pool house that is attached to the host's house. We had plenty of privacy, no issues with the lay out, but thought it might be something worth putting in the title.

Carson Stay
The property was easy to find, parking space was saved and the apartment was adorable!! You can tell thought and care were put into decorating and making it feel comfortable and modern. We didn't use the kitchen other than for coffee but it looked liked it had all of the amenities we would have needed. The pool would be fun at the end of the day in the summer!! We would stay here again!!

If you want a clean safe place this is for you!
Absolutely fantastic 6 days in LA at the apartment. The one and only con is the water pressure isnt good BUT we would stay again next family trip. Clean and safe!

Home away from home!
Such a sweet little spot tucked away from the main bustle of the city. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The main bed was HUGE. We liked having separate rooms, and the shower felt like a spa.
There was plenty of gadgets for preparing meals to save money, and the only reason we didn't live in the pool was because we had other plans- it was just cute! Hosts were so quick to respond and we felt totally safe. Would return any time!
