Bon accueil, hôtel calme, piscines fonctionnelles, petit déjeuner buffet agréable sauf jus de fruits qui semblent faits à partir de poudre et/ou très dilués et acides. Une des deux chambres avait une climatisation compliquée à régler qui ne permettait pas de régler la température voulue.

Lieu idéalement situé en pleine campagne, à 20 mn de Florence. Un personnel toujours au petit soin (légère déconvenue à l'arrivée, nous avons été surclassé sans le moindre problème). Petit déjeuner copieux et variés (sucré/salé). Le restaurant propose une petite carte avec de bons produits pour le soir à des prix largement abordable. Attention tout de même ne vous attendez pas à des prestations d'un 4 étoiles Français (mobilier désuet) l'hôtel mériterai un rafraichissement moderne. Piscine extérieure très agréable, mais lors de notre séjour la piscine intérieur n'était pas chauffée. Ca reste un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel et remercions tout le personnel.

My gf, my dog and I booked a 4 night stay at Demidoff (we decided to stay 1 extra night because we really liked the place). Before booking here i noticed that the reviews were quite low, but i decided to book anyway and i'm glad i did it. Yes, there are things they should work on, but we enjoyed our stay starting from breakfast and ending with dinner. The staff is very polite and kind, the food is very nice, the prices are convenient (apart from the pool, 15 euro per person per day, but you can have it included in the room price if you book a superior room). After all i can rate my stay 9/10! There are few things that are a little annoying, but since the price is very convenient you easily close an eye on that. I think they know they should improve few things and that's the reason why the price for a 4 star resort with 2 pools, spa, gym, breakfast ... it's lower than average. If you are seeking a place with a stunning experience this is not the place for you (the place you are looking for will cost you double the price of this). Demidoff is a Country resort for people who are not looking for the highest standard on every little aspect and who know how to enjoy an holiday without getting stressed if something isn't always perfetto! Room is okay for price quality rating. Swimming pools are nice , but has to be cleaned oftener. Small choice on breakfast. Service & staff unprofessional. structure is nice, but maintenance is missing.

The most terrible hotel room I have ever seen. Dirty, bad smell and old broken furniture.. Can't recommend this until a full renovation! The rooms are designed with dirty carpet and not with the wood floor like in the pictures. The room door wasn't able to be looked - you can see it on the photos attached. We asked if we can move in a new room, like the one on the picture we booked - but unfortunately they said every room would look like this. Only a very few were renovated and they were already booked.. So we had to stay in this terrible room. Even the bed was dirty...

Country resort sito a Pratolino circa 20 minuti in auto da Firenze. Stanza matrimoniale ampia, bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doppio lavabo. Struttura datata. Ampia sala ristorante dove abbiamo usufruito solo della colazione. La colazione vdolce e salata essenziale. Qualche vassoio di affettato, uno di formaggi. Dolce solo cornetti vuoti,yogurt, cereali, succo solo arancia, caffè, latte ecc erogati dalla macchina espresso. Ampio spazio verde esterno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel l'estate 2022 dopo aver trovato una buona offerta su booking e prenotando anche, con un prezzo più alto l'accesso in spa e in palestra. Purtroppo però non è servito a nulla poichè non c'era nessuno che controllasse l'accesso alla piscina e alla palestra e chiunque poteva andarci. Al nostro arrivo veniamo accolti in reception da due persone che con difficoltà, anche linguistiche, ci hanno dato poche informazioni sul nostro soggiorno. Arrivati in camera, oltre a notare tutta una serie di ammaccature e segni di usura nell'arredamento, ci accorgiamo della bassissima temperatura dell'aria e dell'impossibilità di regolare l'aria condizionata. A quel punto ci rivolgiamo in reception scoprendo che solo da lì si può comandare l'aria. Oltre a lampade ammaccate, cattivo odore, e ringhiera scrostata ci sono molti problemi di pulizia. Non solo in stanza (bagno, lenzuola macchiate ecc) anche nelle aree comuni e in particolare nella piscina interna (molto sporca sul fondo e mai vista nessuno che la pulisse). La piscina esterna un pò meglio ma quasi impossibile farsi il bagno a causa delle tantissime api. La cucina anche lascia molto a desiderare con prodotti di bassissima qualità. Il personale totalmente assente. Tanti anni fa sarà sicuramente stato un gran bell'hotel e lo dimostrano anche le diverse stanze e aree comuni, ormai in disuso, dedicate al relax e a riunioni di lavoro. Le uniche persone presenti le ho viste in reception. Ho tollerato senza troppe lamentele tutte queste problematiche perchè ho alloggiato con diversi ucraini e sono venuta a sapere che la struttura è stata utilizzata per ospitare temporaneamente profughi ucraini senza punti di riferimento di parenti o conoscenti sul territorio toscano e in precedenza era stato utilizzato come struttura per chi aveva contratto il covid-19. Insomma, nessuna giustificazione per offrire un servizio del genere, ma solo un pò di comprensione. Consiglio vivamente di intervenire, se non ancora fatto, sulla struttura perchè ha davvero del potenziale.

Arrivo in serata, accoglienza pessima, nessun aiuto con i bagagli. Avevamo prenotato la suite, ci siamo trovati in una cameretta, ci hanno spiegato che la definiscono suite poichè ha tre letti e un doppio lavabo in vetro (!). nel famoso bagno della "suite" abbiamo trovato in doccia ancora i residui degli ospiti precedenti, uno dei due lavabi inutilizzabile perchè perdeva, e un wc indescrivibilmente sporco, da latrina pubblica. Dopo una nottata insonne su un letto scomodissimo e un bagno usato con le dovute precauzioni, viste le condizioni igieniche, abbiamo preferito lasciare la "struttura stellata" pur pagando il soggiorno e buona parte dei tre giorni prenotati ! ovviamente le foto non so dove siano state scattate!

Hotel molto freddo , partendo dal personale , colazione molto ridotta e senza spiegazione ne sul prodotto ne sugli allergeni . Camere da letto fredde , umide e senza riscaldamento, appena arrivati la stanza segnava 18 gradi , chiesto al personale di accendere il riscaldamento ci rispondono che non ce l'hanno . Chiediamo una coperta in più che non ci viene data , non hanno nemmeno piumoni . Buona pulizia sia della camera sia del bagno che é un po' datato . La tessera per accendere le luci non funziona (la luce si accende senza inserirla) . Abbiamo dovuto comprare una stufetta in negozio per non morire di freddo e avere una congestione dopo la cena . L'abbiamo lasciata accesa per tutto il tempo di permanenza in hotel . L' Hotel si trova a 35 minuti dal centro di Firenze , scomodo per chi vuole visitare il capoluogo . Di sicuro non torneremo .
