Service is good. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good choices. Clean hotel. Easy walk to tesco/town. However, if you’re scared of ghost / supernatural stuffs, just don’t stay on level 3.

Good little hotel in great location. Shower was noisy and a bathroom light kept flickering but good breakfast and parking. Overall very happy with our stay.

I received a warm welcome from Stas, who checked me in and provided me with information about breakfast, parking, etc. The kind of prompt and efficient service that you want after a long journey. Thank you! The room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable with the most comfortable bed of any hotel that I have stayed in by a long way!

The most irritating thing is it would appear that Noone would realise the positioning of shower gels and so on would impinge on the space for showering. And why do they still have bathtub...

We had to upgrade to a king room as the standard double beds are not big enough for two people. The bedding was very uncomfortable and the pillows were just awful - unacceptable when so many good options are available. The room we stayed in was pretty ‘tired’ and there were no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones, which is infuriating.

Hotel on the beach - courteous reception staff. Rooms are clean. Some rooms do not have safe box - some rooms do not have min fridge. No gym no swimming pool no spa. Basically this is 3 to 3.5 star hotel. I do not know why classified as 4 star hotel. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Specially the lovely old lady. There is no salad on breakfast. The cold meat and cheese corner should contain more varieties. There is only one cheese item and for the cold meat only one "ham" item.
