“The hotel was spectacular. The rooms large, beautifully decorated, and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Being fortunate to travel often to many wonderful locations, this one has to be at the top of our list. Everything about it was spectacular and it is amazing when you receive such over the top service and how that affects your experience. Everyone was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Alex and Piero in the lounge were exceptional and anything you asked for or needed no matter what time, was possible. And they were very friendly and so fun to be around. Enjoyed our evenings in the lounge very much. If you visit, don’t forget to ask Daniel, who is in the breakfast area to sing a little tune for you or watch him sing along with the music. He was very happy and it just set our morning in a good mood. The grounds of The Manor house are breathtaking as is the village attached. I highly, highly recommend this property. We will be back! Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, extremely attentive staff. The standard of accommodation is excellent and the hotel has a charm that takes you back to quintessential England . The grounds are beautiful and lots of lovely walks. The food in the Manor restaurant was of a very high standard and over looked by the lovely Amy and her team who catered for our every need. The Time Bar is an excellent place to unwind by the fire with the very knowledgeable Alex and Piero behind the bar who can make any cocktail you desire. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

Couldn't have had more of a delightful time. Ate dinner in the one star Michelin restaurant that holds true to it's reputation and I have to say the sommelier and servers were excellent. Finding great education in our wine pairings and some non-alcoholic selections that were very advanced in comparison to the states. But the show stopper for us was breakfast each morning as the crew especially a couple of young in the business servers who showed ownership and true hospitality through and through with all of our interactions. It was reminiscent of the good old days seeing them so happy to be starting out a career all the while being overseen by the AM dining room manager who deserves a tip of the hat as that's a hard job to have. Food is amazing, selection is amazing, service is amazing as a whole for the entire stay.

I popped into The Manor House for a cup of tea with my mum for Mothers day and it was absolutely lovely, you could see they had treated all the mums that had pre booked with some flowers and it was just a really lovely vibe. The staff were so busy but were so lovely and kind to us and nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be back to visit again!

What can I say if we could give 10 stars we would. From the second we walked through the door until we left the staff were all amazing. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely deserving of its star. We stayed in a comfy Mews room along with our 2 little dogs which worked really well for us. The grounds were stunning and a big shout out to the gardener for the amazing array of spring bulbs. Can't wait to return. Thank you ALL so much!
