Le personnel de la réception était très agréable et très agréable, mais la chambre était un peu fatiguée et froide. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 401, qui était une pièce de fin au 4ème étage, qui, lors de la première inspection, semblait très agréable. Cependant, il est apparu bientôt que l'unité de climatisation n'avait pas fonctionné, que les fenêtres étaient tous deux cassés, de sorte qu'elles ne pouvaient pas être ouvertes et qu'elles étaient en fuite, que l'un des radiateurs dans la chambre était rusé et inefficace et qu'il y avait des signes de vapeur sur le plafond. Je pense que le prix de la chambre aurait dû être fixé avant notre arrivée.

Morgans Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing, & nothing is too.much trouble for them. Our room was large, well - appointed & had a very comfortable super king - sized bed. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, & the range of food available for evening meals is of excellent quality. Parking is directly opposite the hotel, is secure, & has 2 EV charge points. As a base for exploring Swansea & the Gower Peninsula, Morgans Hotel is a delight & well worth a visit.

L'un des meilleurs premiers hôtels que j'ai séjourné dans l'hôtel. Personnel utile et ami. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon. La sécurité au parc de voiture ncp est la seule chose qui la laisse tomber un peu mais à 12 £ parking pendant 24 heures c'est un bon prix.

So, here goes. The bath in my room leaked and flooded the bathroom floor with 5cm of water on the first morning of my stay. No, it didn't run over the top of the bath, and the water wasn't up to the overflow, it leaked somewhere else! Being in a hurry, and not wanting to return to an indoor pool, I used all of my towels to mop up the flood. I spoke with reception later that day, and they offered to change my room from 4** to 3** due to the flooding. I also mentioned that floor 4 smelt of damp? Later, a member of the hotel's staff confirmed that there had in fact been a flood from floor 5 through the ceilings in to the rooms below on the 4th floor. Whilst I was assured that my room was not one of the rooms affected , I was surprised that a) no-one bother to mention this beforehand, in fact they were trying to hide it b) rooms were let out on a floor where there was potentially a respiratory health risk! So, having packed my belonging I trudged down from the 4th to the 3rd floor (did I mention one of the lifts wasn't working?). I unpacked only to find that the TV in room 3** was inoperative due to; a) there being no remote control b) the arial lead was missing from the TV (who steals TV arial leads!) So it was back down to reception who kindly found me yet another room this time with a TV with a remote control and arial lead + a Bath that hopefully wouldn't flood.. on the 2nd floor! And of course this meant packing my stuff up (again), trudging down another floor (again), and unpacking (again). Yep, you've guessed it, by now my restful, stress free stay was anything but! In summary, unless you've got a desire to live out a 1970's hotel sitcom, but without the view (did I mention the semi-permanent scaffolding?), and a car park resembling a bomb site (literally), I'd probably suggest giving this one a miss.

La chambre d'hôtel est standard moyen mais le lit doit être réellement amélioré. (Trop souple) Chambre bien chauffée. Le meilleur est l'emplacement convenable avec centre commercial et terminal autobus à proximité.

Le restaurant est très bon dans les parties. Le restaurant est excellent et la qualité de la nourriture est la même, surtout le petit déjeuner. Réceptionnistes efficaces et utiles et bar personnel. Nous avons eu une chambre cher mais n'avions pas de service ou de nettoyage avant de nous plaindre. La chambre serait améliorée par une seconde chaise, la fourniture régulière de biscuits et de toilettes, une télévision à distance avec un dos sur le compartiment de la batterie et un moyen de garder la porte de balcon ouverte quand il y a du vent. Le parking dans le parking multi-storey adjacent est bon mais il faut payer.

Il est situé au cœur de la ville. Les jours de semaine sont un endroit parfait avec beaucoup de personnes et d'activités. La fin de semaine est comme une zone désertée et un peu de temps de nuit tranquille. Convenant avec restaurant au lobby. La chambre d'hôtel est standard moyen mais le lit doit être réellement amélioré. (Trop souple) Chambre bien chauffée. Le meilleur est l'emplacement convenable avec centre commercial et terminal autobus à proximité.

L'un des meilleurs premiers hôtels que j'ai séjourné dans l'hôtel. Personnel utile et ami. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon. La sécurité au parc de voiture ncp est la seule chose qui la laisse tomber un peu mais à 12 £ parking pendant 24 heures c'est un bon prix.

Au milieu de la nuit, quelqu'un franchit la porte et éclate de rire. L'isolation phonique de la fenêtre n'est pas bonne. 4. La réception est très petite et souvent absente ?

Morgans Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing, & nothing is too.much trouble for them. Our room was large, well - appointed & had a very comfortable super king - sized bed. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, & the range of food available for evening meals is of excellent quality. Parking is directly opposite the hotel, is secure, & has 2 EV charge points. As a base for exploring Swansea & the Gower Peninsula, Morgans Hotel is a delight & well worth a visit.

Le personnel de la réception était très agréable et très agréable, mais la chambre était un peu fatiguée et froide. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 401, qui était une pièce de fin au 4ème étage, qui, lors de la première inspection, semblait très agréable. Cependant, il est apparu bientôt que l'unité de climatisation n'avait pas fonctionné, que les fenêtres étaient tous deux cassés, de sorte qu'elles ne pouvaient pas être ouvertes et qu'elles étaient en fuite, que l'un des radiateurs dans la chambre était rusé et inefficace et qu'il y avait des signes de vapeur sur le plafond. Je pense que le prix de la chambre aurait dû être fixé avant notre arrivée.

So, here goes. The bath in my room leaked and flooded the bathroom floor with 5cm of water on the first morning of my stay. No, it didn't run over the top of the bath, and the water wasn't up to the overflow, it leaked somewhere else! Being in a hurry, and not wanting to return to an indoor pool, I used all of my towels to mop up the flood. I spoke with reception later that day, and they offered to change my room from 4** to 3** due to the flooding. I also mentioned that floor 4 smelt of damp? Later, a member of the hotel's staff confirmed that there had in fact been a flood from floor 5 through the ceilings in to the rooms below on the 4th floor. Whilst I was assured that my room was not one of the rooms affected , I was surprised that a) no-one bother to mention this beforehand, in fact they were trying to hide it b) rooms were let out on a floor where there was potentially a respiratory health risk! So, having packed my belonging I trudged down from the 4th to the 3rd floor (did I mention one of the lifts wasn't working?). I unpacked only to find that the TV in room 3** was inoperative due to; a) there being no remote control b) the arial lead was missing from the TV (who steals TV arial leads!) So it was back down to reception who kindly found me yet another room this time with a TV with a remote control and arial lead + a Bath that hopefully wouldn't flood.. on the 2nd floor! And of course this meant packing my stuff up (again), trudging down another floor (again), and unpacking (again). Yep, you've guessed it, by now my restful, stress free stay was anything but! In summary, unless you've got a desire to live out a 1970's hotel sitcom, but without the view (did I mention the semi-permanent scaffolding?), and a car park resembling a bomb site (literally), I'd probably suggest giving this one a miss.
