Gorgeous condo in the perfect location between the beach, pool and golf course. Sleeps 8. 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths: 2 Queens, 2 Singles and a pullout couch. Brand new hardwood floors and paint Jan 2020!! Pics coming soon. :-) All bedrooms have a TV with basic cable, Living room flat screen with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, DVD player, VCR, CD player, and WIFI. Covered ocean view deck, enclosed ocean view Carolina room with furniture, two seasonal community pools, cold outdoor shower, only 200 feet to the beach on community footpath across Caswell Beach Road. Board games, books, movies, and DVD's. Very Clean and spacious rooms. Also available for off-season monthly rentals. Dog friendly beach so for a reasonable pet fee and deposit you can bring your furry friend! Additional downstairs 1BR 1Bath apartment available in addition if needed (for an additional fee).About pets:Pets allowed.Additional fee for pets. Husbands birthday weekend. Had a relaxing time once again. Great walks on the beach, ate great seafood, enjoyed ice cream for dessert, beautiful sunsets, doesn’t get much better than that. Until next time….

Perfect stay Nice condo with all the amenities for a great stay. Very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for a trip to Oak Island and to the Southport area. Close to all fine dining restaurants and the beach. Had a perfect three night stay! Thank you for an enjoyable trip to the area!

Wonderful stay We stayed for thanksgiving with five adults two teens and two dogs. The condo was great plenty of space. Loved the porch and a short walk to the beach.

Flooding Lucky to have gotten there thinking they had 15” of rain two days before arrival and roads were closed and standing water everywhere. But had a great time.

Great week! Our stay was awesome. We had some flooding left over from a storm that we had to walk a little further to get to the beach but it was very nice. Would stay here again!
