« Nice little pub with lovely clean modern room and facilities,my room C well away from fron of pub which was busy and quite noisy,but this room was nice and quiet with comfortable bed,like the use of keypad fir access to room and building ,also nice irishbar/cafe round the corner and Tesco express nearby,would consider using again »

« I had a great stay at the Hilton Cardiff. The hotel was very nice, modern, well-kept, and in a great location. The front desk staff were excellent: welcoming, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the hotel. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again. »

« I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. »

« Positives: Receptionist on the desk was nice and polite. The room itself was large, had a kettle with coffee etc, iron and ironing board, shampoo and body wash, comfy large bed. Negatives: the hotel was so loud not from other rooms but from outside, I did ask for a quiet room. But was woken again at 4am with the sound of bass that carried on until 5am! Should have guessed it was going to be noisy when the receptionist mentioned they could provide ear plugs if needed! The receptionist did say if it was too loud we could move but it wasn’t at 3pm. And there was no point in moving at 2am when we heard the outside noise. If I could guarantee a room that was definitely quiet I would stay again. »

« Situé au centre de la ville, près du château et des attractions locales. Malheureusement, la chambre est arrière dans un club de nuit qui jouait de la musique jusqu'à 4h. Si vous êtes un léger coucher, cela pourrait être un problème. Autres, alors ce beau endroit. »

« L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité d'un supermarché et de chaînes de restauration rapide, dont McDonald's ouvert 24h/24. Le design de l'hôtel est de style industriel, les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Les toilettes situées au sixième étage ont une atmosphère très calme et élégante. Le petit-déjeuner servi par le restaurant est délicieux. Le seul inconvénient est que l'ascenseur était en panne pendant mon séjour. »
