Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de gens si la piscine était confortable. Le petit déjeuner est rempli. La chambre est tout comme annoncée. Le prix est un peu élevé.

Censé être des vacances en famille d'un jour. Nous n'avons pas pu le faire parce que les enfants n'étaient pas autorisés. Compréhensible, c'est la politique due au virus. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique, le restaurant propose un service rapide et bon et nous adorons la chambre.

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. Le type de chambre était ce qu'on appelait agrippant dans une tente. Vous pouvez également avoir un feu de camp devant vous. Nous avons passé un bon moment avec un massage dans la canopée verte et une démonstration du jus bio de yoga Qigong fourni par l'hôtel. La nourriture au restaurant est également parfaite. Je ne veux pas dire qu'il y a beaucoup de petit-déjeuner. C'est un menu où les pensées du créateur se transmettent et le cœur se remplit. La confiture de pommes faite à la main était géniale. Je veux revisiter juste pour le restaurant. L'air qui circule dans tout l'hôtel est incroyable et nous y retournerons certainement.

Honnêtement, l'hôtel comme je l'ai mentionné plus haut est un excellent hôtel dans tout, mais le problème pour les gens qui choisiront une chambre avec petit déjeuner comme moi , le problème que j'ai payé pour manger comme je l'aime ou il y a un petit déjeuner buffet mais le problème, la procédure est différente. Les menus ont seulement attribué quelques articles et il faut choisir un et ce n' est pas juste parce que je suis arabe et différente due musulman et ne mange pas de nourriture , cependant merci pour tout votre type et bon dans les services et gentils gens font leur mieux pour satisfaire l' invité dans le hôtel client 🙏

They gave us a nice and clean room as well. One of the best staycation we had, kudos to their delicious breakfast 🍽️☕. All in one resort and hotel plus restaurant and coffee shop. A walking distance to Picnic Grove, convenience store and church. They are so welcoming and polite.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

For the price we paid for, the quality of room and amenities was worth it. I was choosing 2 other hotels with, one was just beside their hotel and I'm glad I chose them since not only were they cheaper, I am happy with the quality of room provided, it was spacious, clean, comparable to the other expensive hotels we've tried. Just like other reviews, husband noticed that they should provide a full length mirror. This is considering I did not mention this particular feedback to him. Also, another room for improvement, is the breakfast buffet choices. I guess with the room rate, you get what you pay for.. but it can be improved. I may consider staying at this hotel again.

Je dirais que ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit pour rester, mais le soleil fait tout ce qui vaut la peine. Les boutiques de confort, les cafés, les restaurants, la route principale, quelques minutes de la Ranch Sky et l'un des meilleurs spas de la ville de Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. Il n'a pas de Wi-Fi et il n'y a pas de signal de téléphone mobile aussi. Pas de télévision intelligente ou par câble, mais il a la boîte de télévision où vous pouvez regarder les chaînes locales. Il y a un réfrigérateur et des outils de cuisine qui fonctionnent et un cuisinier à riz qui vous permet de manger du riz ou des noodles chauds. En général, c'est une bonne expérience. Ne vous attendez pas trop. En outre, il est très abordable par rapport à la plupart des chambres que vous pouvez louer à Tagaytay. J'ai la salle de vue sur le lac pour seulement 1500. Il y a beaucoup à faire autour de la zone. Ne vous verrez pas dans la chambre!!! 🙂
