La piscine d'infinité est un vulcan de langue, mais pas chauffé, ce qui peut être un défi car il est généralement froid à Ta***tay. La salle est spacieuse et les chambres sont accessibles par ascenseur. Contrôlez-vous / sortez-vous sont raisonnablement rapides. La salle est raisonnablement proportionnée mais ma seule plainte est la très mauvaise lumière à l'intérieur que vous ne pouvez même pas vous voir correctement dans le miroir. Les shampooing/gels de douche sont placés dans des conteneurs facilement accessibles, de sorte que si les clients précédents sont dépourvus de moyens de contrôle, leur contenu peut être questionable. Il n'y a pas de cuisine dans la chambre, mais l'hôtel est proche de nombreux restaurants et il y a Grab food/Food panda disponible à la nuit, donc cela a été bien.

Un réexamen honnête: La chambre est propre et organisée.La télévision est petite mais fonctionne pour tous les canaux.Leur wifi n'est pas trop rapide mais peut toujours connecter.Le personnel est accessible et courtois.Une chose à porter est paste dentaire et brosse dentaire, mais ils sont les seuls à porter Faire en sorte que vous ayez une savonne et un shampooing qui sont suffisants pour votre séjour.

Overall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing. In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.
