Hôtels proches de Gumbang Spring, Cebu

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Il est bon qu'ils aient un vacances et je me suis rendue du site client à l'hôtel. J'étais agréablement surpris par le lobby lumineux. J’adore l’idée du distributeur d’eau pour réduire l’utilisation du plastique. Peut prendre de l'eau chaude, normale et froide de la machine près de ma chambre 605. Je me suis senti si familier lorsque j'ai décidé de réserver une nuit ici. Quand je suis entré dans la chambre, j'ai ouvert mon e-mail pour voir que j'étais resté une fois le 21 mars 2019. La chambre est très grande et confortable bien qu'elle ne soit pas neuve. Le charme de l'hôtel et du personnel est toujours le même. Le petit déjeuner est préparé et simple. Le restaurant est fermé à 21h30, nous avons donc dû sortir pour dîner. Facile de trouver des endroits pour manger autour de l'hôtel. À proximité de 2 centres commerciaux Robinson au rond-point et près d'un dépanneur. Déposez 1 000 pesos. Le 7ème étage est entouré de murs très hauts, ce qui fait que la vue est bloquée. S'ils rénovent, espérons qu'ils fabriqueront plutôt des clôtures en verre.

Nice place to stay just few minutes to the port. Also accessible to malls, clinics, convenient stores and North bus terminal. The breakfast buffet is also nice, a lot of fruit to choose from. Been staying here everytime I come to Cebu, specially for short periods like waiting for my next trips from Cebu to nearby places and islands. Staff are also accommodating.

L'emplacement était génial, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, il est proche de la route principale, mais si vous êtes sensible au bruit, vous pourriez envisager de chercher un autre endroit. Le personnel était très sympathique. Jusqu'à présent, notre séjour ici se passe bien. Très pratique car le 11/7 est proche et beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Je peux dire que pour son prix, c'est déjà mieux. J'aime aussi le fait que Burger King soit très proche et ouvert 24h/24. Il y a également de nombreux cafés autour de la place et le supermarché Robinsons est à quelques pas. De nombreux distributeurs automatiques de billets et banques dans la région où vous pouvez retirer de l'argent à tout moment. De plus, le prix de cette application est bien meilleur que celui des autres applications. A noter que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de sèche-cheveux ni de coffre-fort mais ce n'est pas un problème pour ceux qui veulent juste avoir un endroit où dormir. Et je ne pense pas que la douche chaude fonctionne dans notre chambre, mais la dernière fois que nous sommes arrivés ici, il n'y a eu aucun problème. Enfin, notre expérience globale a été bonne. The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

I stayed with my friend here for 4days and 3 nights so far so good most especially the service everytime we call for room service or order for foods they’re very accommodating. For their foods its was so good most specially their pork sinigang it’s so delicious and so worth the price, the servings is large and when I say large it is good for 4-6 people and sorry we really didn’t think of taking a pictures of the room since our mind at that time is occupied with something important

L'hôtel dispose d'un environnement de premier ordre et de beaux jardins. Les deux piscines et la plage privée suffisent pour se détendre quelques jours sans quitter l'hôtel. La plage dispose d'équipements de purification de l'eau donc elle est relativement claire. Le rivage et l'expérience d'alimentation des poissons sont très bonnes. Chaque membre du personnel L'attitude était très bonne et courtoise. Le personnel de la plage a pris l'initiative de fournir des serviettes, des fruits et des jouets de sable. Le petit-déjeuner était assez varié. manquait un peu. C'était dans le vieux style Shangri-La. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très approprié pour des vacances en famille.
