Hôtels proches de Residence Museum in Celle Castle, La Celle

This hotel is indeed 5 star, but only ‘in parts’ - it really does not merit more than a 4 star rating. We were allocated a double room in the ‘old part’ of the hotel - which certainly lived up to its description and led to rapid disappointment. Whilst the booking details online did mention that there was no lift to the rooms there, and that the location was not suitable for the handicapped, we still felt that this was understated when we got to our room. We arrived just 30 minutes before ‘check-in’ and our room still wasn’t ready which was fair enough but the (polite and efficient) receptionist took our luggage and arranged for it to be delivered to our room, which was a nice touch. We were invited to take a seat and she would let us know when our room was ready, so we sat outside and ordered a drink which was promptly delivered with some thoughtful cushions for our deck chairs. So far so good. We made our way to our room shortly afterwards - up to join the gods in the attic - using the very steep, winding staircase, a climb that was a physical effort for both of us to make. We were just thankful that our bags had been delivered earlier or we would not have managed the daunting ascent of Mount Fürstenhof. The top floor landing had 4 rooms - 1 in each corner and this is where the words outdated and old fashioned really sprung to mind. Using thrvold fashioned mortice lock key and turning the old doorknob, gained us access to our very dark room. It was mid afternoon and very bright and sunny outside. The decor reminded me of a dated old English country Inn of the 80’s, with its beams, wall paper and equestrian prints hung on the walls. The room did have a modern (static) wall mounted flat screen TV however, with a mini bar underneath - but devoid of the fresh milk that I specifically requested a week or so before. There was a writing desk but no dressing table or mirror to sit in front of. The windows were so old and overpainted that we had to really force them to get them to even remotely function. A coffee machine and a kettle were provided as you might expect, with a couple of small mugs, glasses etc plus a complimentary bottle is still mineral water. The room also had a hideous portable aircon unit in the corner that had its extractor hose channelled up through the ceiling. It was an absolute eyesore and to cap it off - extremely noisy to boot. None of the power sockets had any USB Ports in them, so guests staying in the old part of the hotel will need to bring their own plug adaptors. The old door knobs into the room and bathroom proved occasionally to be awkward and were stiff to use. My wife even got stuck in the bathroom because she couldn’t turn the handle and had to call on me to let her out. The bathroom was very serviceable with lots of toiletries and a hair dryer - but once again, very out of date and disappointingly had cheap, worn, thin towels that were also a bit small for the larger frame. Das Privathotel befindet sich ca. drei Kilometer außerhalb von Celle. Obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße/Kreuzung gelegen, ist es, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof bucht, sehr ruhig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Einchecken verlief freundlich und professionell. Alle Mitarbeiter sind augenscheinlich sehr gut ausgebildet und verrichten ihren Dienst zurückhaltend, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einige von ihnen sind bereits seit Jahrzehnten hier tätigt, was für ein gutes Management und Personalführung spricht. Das Hotel beschäftigt sehr viele Mitarbeiter, es finden viele Familienfeiern und andere Veranstaltungen statt. Unser gemütliches Deluxe-Zimmer war über 50 m² groß. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neuwertig und funktional. Das Bad war sehr groß, nur das Bett war sehr tief gelegen und die Matratze nicht sehr komfortabel. Bei Bedarf können spezielle Kissen geordert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Benutztes Geschirr wird von den aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern nach Gebrauch sofort abgeräumt. An sonnigen Tagen kann auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt werden. Gleiches gilt für das Abendessen. Die kleine Abendkarte bietet Spezialitäten aus der Region. Fazit: Wir können dieses komfortable Hotel wegen seiner Nähe zu Celle, dem vorbildlichen Service und dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Il est très important de trouver un hôtel à Hanovre, mais il est très important de trouver un hôtel à Hanovre, qui est très bien connu pour ses foires et congrès. Ce Mercure est plus proche de l'autoroute A2 que du centre-ville, mais on y arrive dans une demi-heure avec la ligne de tram 3. Il n'y a pas de places près de l'hôtel, comme les magasins, les banques, les restaurants, tout ce qui est nécessaire, il faut au moins trois gares pour trouver quelque chose. Le rétablissement est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'intérieur de la ville. L'isolation du bruit est parfaite, vous pouvez voir et ne pas entendre les avions atterrissants ou la construction à proximité. Les visiteurs sont très heureux de voir que les visiteurs sont très heureux de voir leurs visites.

L'hôtel était ouvert à notre arrivée nocturne, personne n'était présent malgré la réception 24h. Cartes de chambre, selon les instructions téléphoniques dans une boîte à miniatures, toute la zone de lobby, y compris le bar, aurait été librement accessible à tout le monde de l'extérieur! Les chambres étaient préparées, mais il y a longtemps, il y a apparemment, car sur tous les bords et meubles, il y avait une couche de poussière claire. La seule! La collaboratrice nous a confirmé le matin suivant que ces chambres ne devaient pas être placées, donc nous avions des cartes de chambre fausses. Nous avons reçu le petit-déjeuner gratuit en indemnité. L'hôtel entier a fait une impression étrange, peut-être en raison des circonstances particulières de la Coronne, une seule employée de la maison, tout un peu intact et pour se servir. L'arrivée était très aimable et il y avait des pommes et des refroidissements dans le lobby. Il y a aussi pour le service de navette à l'aéroport seulement des rapports positifs, en temps utile et utile. J'aurais attendu plus de la chambre. Il est goûteux et pratiquement équipé et très spacieux et absolument propre. Mais je me demande pourquoi il n'y a pas de lumière ”lumineuse”. Les lampes dans la chambre ne lancent que la lumière indirecte sombre. Il n'était pas possible de l'éclaircir la chambre. C'est très bien frappant. L'interrupteur entre la lampe à incandescence et la lampe à lecture était défectueux, donc pas disponible, seulement la vie intérieure était visible, ce que je pense être dangereux. Même si Leonardo lance avec des fenêtres insonorisées. Je n'ai pas pu faire de différence avec les fenêtres en verre normalement et il était incroyablement bruyant la nuit. En outre, nous avons eu l'écoute lumineuse, nous avons pu entendre bien la télévision, les bruits de toilettes, etc. des chambres voisines. Un cuisinier d'eau comme indiqué dans la description de la chambre n'était pas là. Il n'y avait qu'une machine à capsules à disposition. Nous avons dû préparer de l'eau pour notre thé et donc le thé a goûté du café. Il est aussi très dommage que l'on ne veille pas à la durabilité et qu'on offre encore des capsules de café. Pour une nuit pour arriver à l'aéroport, c'est OK. Je ne peux pas recommander un séjour plus long.
