This is a bright, roomy and modern style house. Set in a quiet Center Point neighborhood. Just off of interstate 380, with a 30 minute drive to Cedar Rapids, Vinton, Shellsberg, Palo or Independence, & 45 minutes to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, pool table, full kitchen, backyard, deck and fenced in yard. Each bedroom has a different type of mattress, this allows guests to choose the room they feel the bed matches their sleeping preferences. We have a meeting room that can be used for sewing, (including a cutting table, design wall, & pressing station) scrap booking, or crafting with friends or family.
