From the moment we arrived at The Park Hyatt, we were treated like royalty. We chose this hotel to celebrate our special occasion, and it exceeded every expectation. The check-in process was seamless and we were greeted with a warm welcome and a complimentary glass of orange juice. Our room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The hotel staff had gone the extra mile to acknowledge our celebration, leaving a beautiful handwritten note and a delicious cake in our room. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch. We enjoyed live music at The Bar, one of the hotel's signature restaurant, and the experience was flawless. The drink was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. They were attentive without being intrusive and made excellent recommendations. Thank you to the entire team at Park Hyatt for making our staycation so memorable. We left with cherished memories and cannot wait to return for our next special occasion. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly five-star experience.

Amazing venue and services! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and rich. Fully recommend going to KITA restaurant, a very high quality Japanese food. Super informative reception, willing to help with other recommendations as well. The room was amazing, especially the suites. A great value for money!
