I've been trying to contact Hotel Vista Mare for the past month (15.02 - today) regarding a reservation using their prepaid voucher. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my 3 emails. When I called, I was told that I should communicate via email and that a colleague of the person I talked to will reply to me tomorrow. Another 3 weeks have passed and 2 additional emails have been sent - still no reply. While I understand that hotels can get busy, the complete lack of communication is concerning. It creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to plan my stay or consider this hotel for future stays. If you're looking for a hotel with responsive staff who can answer your questions promptly and make a reservation for you, especially, that the stay has already be paid in the past, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
