Sans rentrer dans les détails (pour faire plaisir aux personnes qui m'accompagnées), je dirais ”séjour agréable malgré une quantité de petits détails agaçants”. Un petit conseil à la direction de l'hôtel, quand deux couples d'amis viennent séjourner dans votre établissement, arrangez-vous pour que le niveau des prestations soit le même. Je m'explique ; il serait de bon ton que les deux aient une chambre avec vue sur la mer ou sous les combles avec vue sur un bâtiment. Pas chacun une chambre aussi différente (au même tarif...).

Désolé, mais à part la nettoyage des chambres et la position, pour moi et pour ma famille est un hôtel à oublier. Nous avons bénéficié de la pension complète pour une convention avec la société dont mon mari est dépendant. Je suis allé avec une chaise à roues quand je suis tombé avant les vacances et j'ai cassé le genou. Avertis les jours avant nous ont donné la chambre au troisième étage et le fond du couloir. Vive qui a des problèmes à marcher!!! L'ascenseur n'est pas normal, donc mon mari devait fermer la chaise à roues chaque fois pour entrer et je devais être dans un coin avec une jambe seule avec des tiges jusqu'au troisième étage et vice versa. Dans la salle de déjeuner, je mangeais loin de la table parce qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour la chaise à roues...autre catastrophe mais je me suis adapté. Autres catastrophe le restaurant, des aliments crus et parfois sans goût, fruits souvent manquants. Doucement seulement le soir, toujours les mêmes, et parfois même pas décongelés en temps pour être mangés; à la table, il fallait demander à chaque fois les plats justes pour le repas, les pâtes et le fromage. Organisation dans une salle horrible, vous êtes arrivé pour la première fois et vous êtes servi pour la dernière fois ..... Nous ne parlons pas du menu qui vous a fait remplir le matin même et souvent pas correspondant à ce que vous avez communiqué parce que vous n'avez pas livré en temps utile dans le fournisseur!!!! Je ne parle pas d'autres épisodes comme un ascenseur, un jour en panne, et il est resté fermé plus de meillez heures dans un camion, bien sûr, pour moi, la situation n'était pas facile, et ensuite, dans ces conditions encore plus mauvaises. Pour être un hôtel 3 étoiles...., je dirais qu'une est plus que suffisante. Il faut bien oublier dans tous les sens.
