The room had a broken light fixture that had the lamp balanced on top and the still live wires where exposed causing the electrics to go off in the room, which was a constant 25 degrees with a broken loud fan to try and keep it cool. Actual death trap of a room, so much so that on our return from holiday we drove 2 and a half hours home rather than risking staying in the hotel again. Worst Premiere inn we’ve ever stayed in.

We recently stayed with our children and some friends for the night. Hotel was clean, well equipped and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Beefeater restaurant attached was really nice and not expensive. All staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed with premier inn Broadway over the weekend, as soon you walked I was greeted with a warm welcome from Ryan, he was very reliable and no job is to hard for him, on check out I met the lovely Rachel who helped us get in to the town centre, will be staying again

Had a pleasant stay this weekend, the hotel was very welcoming when I arrived and decorated Easter theme, even got a lovely chocolate Easter treat. The beds are always comfortable and the room always feels brand new when arriving. The night staff not as available to the day time staff.

Arrived here on the Friday night ready for a diving competition in Manchester in the aquatics centre on Saturday. Ryan was absolutely lovely. Advised us on what way would be better to get into the city centre. Always on hand if we needed anything and was very helpful and thorough throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan. Was lovely to be greeted by someone so friendly. Had time for a chat and laugh on both days that we stayed. Thank you Ryan ☺️

Spend a lot of time at Premier Inn Oldham (Broadway) as my daughter who has ASD loves this Hotel ❤ We always usually stay in the same room each time and the front of counter staff, especially Rachel and Ryan are always super friendly and try to accommodate us as best they can. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are warm and cosy. Always spotless with a great comfy bed and fab power shower! Always happy to return 😊

A nice travel lodge, nice clean room with a good location with breakfast just next door. The staff were very good particularly Rachel on reception who was very polite and professional. Originally had a few issues with the room which Rachel sorted quickly and calmly which helped the situation,I would definitely stay again.

I stay here regular when on business in Manchester. Its the cleanest Premier Inn I can find, has parking, close to the city and has the nicest staff especially Rachel on Reception who always goes out of her way to help when I need something, usually me forgetting my phone charger.

Comfy nights sleep.staff are very helpful especially rachel on reception. Nothing seemed like to much trouble would definitely stay again. And i will be recommending to friends and family in the future. It was easy to find and theres plenty to do arond the area
