This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.The spaceThis Pod style cabin is the perfect cozy forest escape for two. There is a picnic table lookout area at the top for a picnic or rest. There are steep drops in places. Please keep an eye on your children! The trails below the escarpment are more forested and have little or no hills. They are excellent for viewing birds and seeing animal tracks.Cell service available: cabins and campsites are located close to a cell tower. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
