This cozy property features two private bedrooms, two full baths (one has a bathtub and one is a stand up shower), 2 sleeper sofas (one upper level, one lower level), a fully stocked kitchen with a dining room on the upper level. The entire lower level is a newly constructed space listed as the theme room. The theme room space features a pub height table for 6, a long bar area including two mini refrigerators and many cabinets for storage. Open and next to the pub area is a living space with a sleeper sofa to accommodate one overnight guest, a smart television and two beautiful, new glass garage doors. The open design is wonderful to enjoy the beautiful outdoor view with the doors open or close. When open, invite the peaceful outdoors as a combined space. When the garage doors are closed, a stunning view is enjoyed thru the lightly tinted glass, from the inside our out. A full bath with stand up shower is next to the bedroom and a laundry space is in the bedroom closet. The upper level is the original cabin space with a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, full bath and bedroom with a queen bed. The living room sleeper sofa can accommodate two guests. Wifi and smart TVs on both levels.Outside and connected to the house is a lean-to with a table for 6 and charcoal grill with accessories. A beautiful fire pit with stunning lake views is perfect for roasting marshmallows and stargazing.
