There is an outdoor fire pit, outdoor picnic table & BBQ for you and your guests to enjoy. Enjoy all the amazing nearby activities or just enjoy hanging in. The house is fully equipped, with everything you may need. You will walk in to an open floor space with vaulted ceilings and 2 sets of sliders, windows all around & skylights. As soon as you walk you will have the sense of being perched in a beautiful tree house. The open floor plan has a living room with a wood burning fireplace, built in dining nook area that seats 8 and kitchen with an island for 2. There are 3 Bedrooms located on the main floor. The Master suite has a King bed, private bathroom with shower & Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a Queen bed on the bottom & full bed on top bunk & a Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed as well with a full bed on bottom & twin on top. On the main floor, there is a full bathroom with tub and shower combination. There are 2 sets of sliders off the back of the house that lead to the wrap around deck. We have a picnic table that seats at least 8. You can enjoy rocking away on one of the 4 rocking chairs located on the deck as well. In the front of the house you will find an outdoor fire pit perfect for making smores and enjoying a glass of wine while you star gaze. Also enjoy a game of Baci ball on the Baci ball court located up front.The loft was recently added. This room has a modern wrought iron ladder to go up with a gate closure for safety. This room offers a chill vibe with beds on the floor and fur accents. There are 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds and a window for more views. On the ground level we have a huge comfy sofa. There is a Smart TV with WIIu if you enjoy video games. Enjoy the pool table that also acts as a ping pong table. We have tons of games to enjoy. The ground level also offers a full bathroom. This bathroom has a new double vanity and shower.We have tons of games, baci ball court, pool table & ping pong table. After enjoying it ourselves for a while, we love to share the joy with others who are looking for a vacation in nature, a beautiful spot to relax or a comfortable spot to work remotely.Sitting on 10+ rolling acres, this spacious (3500 sq ft) chalet has magnificent views of the Hunter Mountain ski slopes from floor to ceiling windows. A large sofa area is a perfect place to enjoy the views as well as the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). A retro turntable, plenty of books and green plants throughout make this feel like home. Fully equipped open kitchen with professional Wolf range (6 burners) , All-Clad cookware, Japanese Global knives, a Blentec blender and more. Well-stocked coffee bar with a top-of-the-line Mochamaster coffee pot, a burr grinder, Nespresso machine (we provide a starter set of Nespresso pods and coffee beans) and a few other alternative coffee makers. There is also an electric water kettle, several kinds of tea and a toaster. The grand island and open dining area which seats 12 people comfortably provide plenty of room for entertaining.The house is comfortable and exudes luxury throughout. Designer furniture (B&B Italia and DWR sofa’s, Poltrona frau armchairs, DWR cabinet... ) complement high-end finishes such as limestone radiant heated floors, marble countertops and handmade Italian ceramic tiles. The master suite sits on its own floor and has a King size bed and a master bath with a steam shower as well as a soaking tub. There are three more bedrooms, two with a Queen and one with 2 Queens.The lower floor is a walk-out basement with full ceiling height (9ft) and plenty of light. Apart from one of the Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, you will find here a lounging area with a large 65" Roku tv and Sonos soundbar as well as the kids' corner with a tent, play kitchen, and plenty of toys and games (including many grown-up board games). Next to this is the Entertainment room with a new Kick Legend 55" Foosball table and a 75" TV with Sonos soundbar. You can use our Youtube Tv, CBS All Access and Netflix subscriptions and can access many more streaming channels with your own subscription as needed. There is also a washer-dryer (detergent provided) and a mudroom with racks to store skis and snowboards. From the lower floor, you have direct access to an outdoor patio with a large high-end Bullfrog (R8) hot tub. The hot tub accommodates up to 8 people (bath sheets are provided, please bring your own slippers if you desire) and is positioned to give you those perfect mountain views. Just off the patio, there is a brand new barrel sauna with a panoramic window positioned to perfectly frame the view on Hunter Mountain.The house has 2 decks and a large lawn with a forested area in the back (10 acres in total). There is a professional 5 burner gas grill (Blaze) and a fire pit in the back yard (and yes, we provide supplies to make smores!). This is a beautiful 1800sq ft. log home built on 8.5 sprawling acres. This private location will give you all the serenity that you need to enjoy a weekend away from the city or suburban life. The master suite is located upstairs with full bathroom, TV, and private balcony with views of the Catskills. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor adjacent to the second full bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom located on the ground level also with television. A full kitchen on the main floor provides you with all of the modern amenities and utensils that you could need to prepare a home cooked meal for the family. A second refrigerator and commercial freezer are located downstairs. Have a seat at the breakfast bar or gather around the large dining room table and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Catskills while you dine. The large driveway will offer plenty of room to park up to 10 cars. AWD and 4WD are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED during the winter months!The cabin is located equidistant from Hunter and Windham Mountains (8 mi.) and Bellayre and High Mount Ski areas (24 mi.). Snowmobiling trails are also within close proximity. A variety of cuisines are available for dining out in the area. Prattsville grocery store is a short drive down 23c/23 and markets are available in Hunter and Windham. For summer renters, an abundance of hiking trails, lakes, and golf courses are within a short drive. There are local festivals at Hunter and Belleayre mountains throughout the summer and fall.
