There is no additional street parking. - Fireplace Use: The indoor fireplace is wood burning. Proper ventilation is important when using the fireplace. The flue must be opened when using and closed after use. If you are not familiar with using a fireplace we advise you not to begin with ours. - Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Fee: Available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. - Fire pit Usage: Supervision is Required. Always supervise the firepit while it’s in use, and ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area or going indoors. As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. This includes access to the 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, laundry facilities in the lower level, front porch, backyard, fast wifi, full kitchen, new furniture, and more. However, the garage is not available to guests. Enjoy complimentary parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. For those who prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft services are readily available in Champaign. Additionally, convenient local bus transportation is accessible, with a nearby public transit stop just a few houses down the street. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities!
