Other things to note: The house is close to Publix supermarket (3 mins) , restaurants, Disney (14 miles), Sea World (18 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles), Convention Center (22 miles), LegoLand (26 miles), Orlando Airport (30 miles), etc. This vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests throughout 1,914 sq ft (177 sq mt) of living space, offering an ideal size and layout for a family or group traveling together. The house comes equipped with everything you need to feel as relaxed as possible during your stay while soaking up the Florida sun next to the home’s swimming pool. PACKAGES DELIVERY • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will NOT get delivered as the US Post Office does NOT recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave packages at the doorstep. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. CHECK-IN: 4 PM or anytime after that CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM - If there is a need for a late check-out, you must request authorization in advance with management, we will happily grant it if there are no guests checking in the same day. Check-out after 10am without authorization, will be charged a fine of USD 50 per additional hour, after 10 am. - When exiting the house, please always LOCK all doors and windows. NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR INCENSING Smoking cigarettes or Marijuana, vaping, and incensing are forbidden in the house and its dependencies, both indoors and in the pool area, a cleaning fine of $500 will be applied in case of smoke, vaping, cigarettes, or incensing are detected inside the house or in the pool area. SUPPLIES The supplies for the start of your stay will be provided. Refills should be under the guest's responsibility. ANIMALS No pets are allowed on this property, and a cleaning fee of $500 will be applied if any animal is at our property. APPLIANCES - The house is equipped with TVs and cable TV in all rooms ($30 fee for lost or broken TV or fan remote control) - Microwave, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer which can be used by guests. All appliances must be handled by adults only for the safety of the children. EXTRA SERVICES - Outdoor grill can be utilized although there is a fee related to the propane and cleaning for a total of USD 50 per stay. - Pool Heater, the pool can be heated with an extra fee of USD 30 per day, once the pool heater is turned on, it must be on for the entire stay (we are flexible for long stays). HOUSE RULES AND AGREEMENTS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY MAKING THIS RESERVATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING: **NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Absolutely no more than 9 guests should occupy the property, even if they are not staying the night. No more than 9 guests should be at the home at any time. Guests that break this rule will have their reservation canceled with no refund. **There should be no party rental equipment of any kind at any time. This includes but is not limited to: chairs, tables, tents, portable dance floors, bounce houses, wet slides, etc.*** - Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company. On rare events, they have to go more than once. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out so they can perform their work. Their service typically takes 30 minutes or less. USE OF POOL The use of the pool requires care and attention, especially with kids. The pool has a mesh cover for the isolation of the area to help prevent accidents. However, we reinforce that responsibility and all care must be taken by all guests. Below are some pool rules for YOUR safety: 1– Do not allow children in the pool area without adult supervision. Make sure, at least, one responsible adult is supervising the children at all times and is able to swim during the entire supervision of the children. Never let children swim in the pool alone. 2 – The safety of your children depends on a on-duty adult supervision. The risk becomes greater when the child is younger than five years. Accidents can happen to anyone at any age, please always stay alert and aware. 3 – NEVER jump or dive into the pool. Never enter the pool with planks or high ground. This is a shallow pool and is not suitable for these activities. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injuries or even death. 4 – Do not allow children or adults to play any kind of violent activities or other aggressive sports around the pool area. Failure to follow these instructions can result in injuries or fatalities to those who are in the pool or around it. 5 – Supervise and act : • The supervision of children by an adult must be present and constant; • It’s prohibited racing or violent games around and in the pool; • Don’t allow children who can’t swim to enter the pool without a vest, and always have adult supervision. • In case of emergency: Call 911 6 – Pool toys should be put away and out of the pool when not in use, for your safety, we recommend that you take them out after each swim. 7 – If you are traveling with children, use the pool fence accordingly, and do not place any furniture near it to avoid children climbing over into the pool area. 8 – There is NO lifeguard on duty at any time, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT By making this reservation you choose to waive certain legal rights including the right to sue. In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the home, pool, and pool area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. By staying in the vacation home, I recognize and fully understand certain things, I fully intend and choose to give up certain legal rights including the right to sue, as stated below: 1- TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the house, the pool, and pool area; 2- TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES (owners) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees pool, pool area or home to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES; TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the house, pool or pool area; 3- That I am over the age of 25 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property; 4- That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective by making this reservation on VRBO, and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I agree that I have read and understood these additional rules by making this reservation.
