"We stayed at Jharna Resort from 4th to 5th January 2025. While the resort has a pleasant ambiance and is good for relaxation, there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was not very tasty, and the menu was quite limited. Room service was average and could be more prompt. The resort could benefit from adding more amenities like indoor games and swings for photo enthusiasts. Additionally, the management didn’t seem very proactive in assisting with safari bookings, and there doesn’t appear to be a proper tie-up with safari gates. Overall, it’s a decent place, but there’s room for enhancement."

"I would give this place 500 stars if I could! The people, place, food, vibe - everything was EXTRAORDINARY. Right from first interaction on WhatsApp when I was just inquiring - they were very thoughtful and responsive with all my queries. Samrat's hospitality, kindness, responsiveness and knowledge - on how to make the trip the best experience for us is EXCEPTIONAL! He lives by the saying "athithi devo bhava!" He was super kind and generous with his time to come over with us to our safaris and he shared all his incredible knowledge with us about birds, flowers, plants, trees, insects, animals, the forest and also got his DSLR to take photos and let me tell you - he is a very talented photographer too!! He is on a great mission to educate everyone about wildlife, conservation to inspire all of us to do our part in learning, contributing to nature and to live in harmony. The food - needs a special mention! My kid avoids wheat, nuts, eggs and every time I travel, I always carry his food/cook - but this is the first place that made me feel comfortable to not worry about this. They asked all details, his meal preferences and the chef, the restaurant manager, server - everyone was informed and they made sure he got special options and variety!! I was AMAZED at how much care they took. They even made special dishes just for him. I was really blown away!!! My kiddo, who is an extremely picky eater - was extremely happy with the food!!! Another special mention is the responsiveness of housekeeping - they multiple times made sure my room was bug free and absolutely neat. Lots of water in the room, ***** with great toiletries and comfortable beds. I was in an elevated luxury cottage and we saw deer, langurs, storks - all from outside our balcony!! Was insanely cool. They kept the jungle vibe alive within a luxury resort. Every detail is very well designed. Only feedback I would have is that the place gets pitch dark after sunset - and when you have an early morning safari, navigating to the front gate is quite challenging and scary even :)) but I know there's some active construction ongoing, so possibly this will be addressed soon."

"We booked Wagharanya Resort solely because we were specifically promised a Tadoba jungle safari by their Mumbai-based manager, Swati Madam, after paying an extra premium. The room tariff itself was almost double compared to the neighboring resorts, which we agreed to only because the safari was assured. We drove all the way from Nagpur and reached the resort by noon on 29th December 2025 (Monday). We were told that the safari confirmation would be done by 9 pm. Since the safari was scheduled for 5 am on 30th December (Tuesday), we wanted to sleep early. Shockingly, at 10 pm, we were finally informed that they cannot arrange the safari at all. So not only did we waste: Our time and travel from Nagpur Higher resort charges A full day waiting for confirmation …but the biggest surprise came later — there are NO core safaris on Tuesdays at Tadoba. This basic fact should have been known and clearly communicated before taking money and confirming bookings. Promising something that is structurally impossible shows complete lack of professionalism and transparency. Overall, very poor coordination, misleading commitments, and absolutely no accountability. Would strongly advise travelers to verify safari logistics independently and not rely on verbal assurances from the resort management."

There are lots of forests gates near some of them are Bellara, Alizanza , kollara ect.And all of the staff are co-operative with the guests and tourists and all are served well and all the services are provided quickly for you. And when ever you come from outside you will get a handkerchief filled with facewash which will make you alot refreshing.Mr. Tiwari manger is very good. "The hotel experience was average and below expectations. Despite booking an AC luxury villa, maintenance was poor, with mosquitoes, lizards, and ants raising serious hygiene concerns. It did not appear that proper pest control had been done recently. The check-in process was underwhelming, with no basic welcome gesture. The waiting area is non-AC and uncomfortable in the heat. Recreational options for children are limited. Indoor games like carrom and chess are available, but the room is poorly maintained and extremely hot. The swimming pool area lacked an attendant, had no nearby washroom, and the filtration system did not seem operational. While the staff were courteous and polite, overall maintenance, hygiene, and amenities need significant improvement."

When raised complaint the manager/ service boys were non considerate, and their response was that we are just employees and don't have any power to act upon.
