半夜十一點入住，給我開的員工電梯緊挨着的房間。睡到半夜十二點被電梯井的咣噹聲吵醒了。打電話給前台問是不是衹剩這一間房了，所以才開的這個。回答説不是，換房間不想折騰，前台也沒説給換。中午退房又問了下前台，告訴我這個房型挨着員工梯的多。我問其他的都住滿了嗎？説是沒有。沒有為什麼還會優先開這種房間呢？電梯隔音那麼差。提醒入住避開各樓層11號房間吧。

MMohammad AljaradinI recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help.
The room was immaculate—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for perfect rest. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard throughout.
The hotel’s facilities were also outstanding. The dining options offered delicious and fresh meals, and the breakfast selection was especially impressive. The gym and pool areas were well maintained, creating a great environment to unwind.
One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail. Whether it was the swift response to requests, the warm greetings from staff, or the overall cleanliness and organization, everything reflected true hospitality.

FFootloose YBThe hotel is only a 3-minute walk from Changchun Railway Station. It is very convenient if arriving at that station. The locality has plenty of convenience shops and some restaurants (local food).
Check in was efficient, though, like virtually all hotels outside Beijing and Shanghai, only Chinese is spoken. Staff have to use a translation app to handle English. Not sure what they do if some other language.
The room was ready and clean on arrival at 2pm. It was reasonably spacious. It did not have a desk, but a 1-metre diameter round table, which could serve as a desk. However, because it was not placed against a wall, there were no power points at the table. There were sufficient power points around the room, however, just not at the table. Lighting was good and temperature control was precise. Unfortunately there was no mini fridge. The bed was a bit too firm for me. There was a proper luggage rack, which was good.
The bathroom was reasonably spacious too. All fixtures looked very new. Hot water came through quickly. Water pressure was good, but drainage in the shower might need some maintenance.
Almost all food at breakfast were Chinese items. Like many hotels outside of Beijing and Shanghai they don't have much more than sliced bread, butter, jam and yogurt, in terms of western items. Even teaspoons, forks and knives were unavailable. Imagine spreading butter on your sliced bread with chopsticks. The Chinese food dishes, on the other hand, changed daily. Fruit was limited to just one kind (melon) that didn't change daily. The simple fact that nearly 100% of guests are domestic tourists, not foreign tourists, explains the above.
Management needs to train their dining room staff to speak softly. It was striking how often staff shouted across the room to other staff and even customers,, creating a noisy atmosphere.

- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec aimableté par le personnel du bureau de front et nous avons pu nous rendre à l'entrée sans problème.
La chambre était propre, sans odeur, et il y avait même une fenêtre que nous pouvions facilement ouvrir et fermer ( j'ai vu beaucoup d'autres hôtels avec des fenêtres fausses, haha).
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux !! Il y avait beaucoup d'options (ouest et local). Nous avons certainement une béquille pleine. Nous avons aussi séjourné au restaurant pendant des heures seulement à manger, à parler et à recharger nos plats.
Le petit déjeuner est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable.
Il y a un très bon restaurant près de l'hôtel, appelé Yan Niu. Ils ont servi des plats locaux avec quelques plats coréens.
La ville était à environ 10 minutes de didi.
Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

KKerstin KaehlerThis was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building.
This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas.

IInvitéThis was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

Comme il était encore endormi et ne m'a pas entendu entrer dans le lobby, j'ai dû contacter Trip et un représentant du service client a été rapide pour m'aider à sortir. Enfin, j'ai pu quitter mon bagage et utiliser la salle de bain d'une des chambres avant de sortir pour mon aventure de Changchun d'un jour.
Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.
Cette propriété est située dans une zone où il y a des plats et des magasins locaux, donc ne vous inquiétez pas de nourriture et de boissons. J'ai trouvé un repas local à côté de lui qui a servi des plats abordables mais délicieux et je peux facilement la classer comme l'un de mes repas préférés dans le nord-est de la Chine.
Reservez cette auberge quand vous êtes à Changchun. J'ai payé RMB 50 pour cette chambre pour un séjour d'une nuit.
