L'hôtel a été ouvert le midi-séjour de l'année dernière, l'ensemble du matériel est très bon, la chambre est assez chaude d'eau, l'espace de marque est bon. Le petit déjeuner est bon, vous pouvez manger de bons fruits. Il a inventé un repas de soupe d'oreilles d'argent, de sorte que vous pouvez essayer plus d'un repas, et le bon goût.

Merci beaucoup au directeur Xiao Li, et le service est enthousiaste et patient. Lorsque je suis en train de monter, le cabinet de l'oreille bleue est tombé dans le coffre. Le gestionnaire de Li a vu et m'a aidé à trouver l'aide de la maintenance. La première fois, il a cherché les résultats, il m'a emmenée à trouver une fois de plus, et il a contacté le personnel de l'oreille pour venir à la recherche. Très responsable. Bien que les 1800 dollars soient très chauds, le gestionnaire de Xiao Li, le maître de la maintenance et le personnel ont tout fait pour aider à trouver des solutions qui m'ont permis de me rendre très touché et de me conforter. Merci. (J'espère que le leader pourra voir et féliciter les gens pour leurs bonnes choses et leurs bons employés)
2. L'environnement de l'hôtel est également très bon, l'expérience de séjour est très bonne, la chambre est également équipée d'un appareil de recharge très détaillé, une surprise.
L'hôtel est également très confortable autour de lui. Il y a des magasins et des restaurants à l'en bas, il y a une rue de cuisine à cinq minutes à pied.

YYangguangliang非常舒適，各項都很方便，乾濕分離很合理。位置便利，旁邊就是萬達廣場和歐亞商都，到這有山、長影舊址博物館、54路有軌車都可以步行，還可以CITYWALK走走新民大街，非常喜歡。我也經常出門旅遊出差這家的早餐是我吃過最好的，衞生服務也是非常非常乾淨，前台的接待也是非常的禮貌而且還漂亮，總之這個店有機會我還回來也會推薦我身邊的朋友。

TT.W.LConvenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji.
Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music.
The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

NNixNaxI stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them.

IInvitéThis was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.
