The hardware is good but the service staff is generally terrible. Try to do the minimal and try to ignore you if they can. The rooms are too warm to sleep in although the outside temperature is zero. Keep blaming the customer for booking a windowless to room when the real problem is the inability of the hotel to control the temperature for individual room.
