Liang Wei au bureau frontal. Il était très aimable et utile. Il m'a envoyé les saluers et a offert des informations utiles plusieurs fois pendant mon séjour. First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent
