Large and clean room, excellent customer service, good breakfast and convenient location to take subway #2.

I went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially racist. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.

Hotel with rooms on the upper floors. My room on the thirtieth floor with a view of the city 'Good buffet breakfast and with good choice. Excellent cleanliness of the room. The lady also ordered my things. There is iron and ironing board. But there is no room to wash clothes. As in other hotels. So only washing clothes for a fee. Negative for stay long time in this hotel.

The room we booked was huge but it was winter and they turned on the heater and it became very warm in the room as no windows can be opened.

My family had a great and comfortable stay. Clean room and convenient location.

This Holiday Inn is a very ggod option to stay in Changchun. Rooms and public areas are well maintained and clean. All staff is friendly and engaged to support you. Further, the hotel is well located, just 20min by taxi from the airport. There are various restaurants and shopping places in the vincity. However later in the evening it‘s becoming harder to find a place to eat.

房間明亮乾淨，設施完備，清掃衞生高效，周圍有商場和美食街，很便利；遠離旅客集中的這有山等區域，晚間休息安靜；最棒的是下樓步行3分鐘即到有地鐵2號線，起點站去哪/換乘都快捷；打車前往最美景點凈月潭也不遠（強推星空纜車、遊船、4點後親子悠哉騎行）

剛進入酒店，就被前台的小姐姐ella熱情接待。她不僅態度友好，而且服務周到，酒店的公共設施也非常完善。健身房設施一應俱全，下次還會選擇入住假日酒店！

酒店距離機場25公里，有高速直達非常方便。樓下就是地鐵站，有充電樁。房間設施設備衞生符合洲際旗下標準，早餐豐富可口，值得度假推薦。

從入住到服務都非常棒，房間給贈送了早餐，還送了一杯咖啡到樓上，cral表現非常出色，服務態度很好，熱情，交通也很方便，有機會還會再來的
