« This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun. »

Bien que je n'y aie pas allé, le service est gentil et ami. Je me sens vraiment très bien retourné, j'ai été impatient de rester la prochaine fois! »

« Le service est bon, très patient, le parking est très pratique. L'hygiène est aussi bonne, la chambre est grande, le logement est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, le personnel de l'hôtel est très intime, parce que la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée trop tôt pour arriver à l'hôtel. JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.
Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly.
Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.
Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

XXiaomiaoerduoduo在外旅行或工作，都喜歡舒適高品質的環境。第一次在長春居住，入住前特別選了幾家評分高的酒店先進行了瞭解，最終感覺最好的是長春高新洲際酒店。因為賓客服務中心的工作人員Zoey，不僅有專業素養，而且把我的委託，安排得妥貼細緻。還沒入住，就己經心安又愉悦。到了酒店後，前台的工作人員孫燦，禮貌熱情有禮。15層的客服細緻周到。這些都給我留下了美好的印象。
酒店的房間很乾凈，特別滿意衞生間乾濕分離。房間內的床品很舒服，浴衣十分舒適。天雖冷，但屋內温暖。房間的佈局敞亮又悦目。
很喜歡酒店的餐廳，自助餐有些菜品，格外美味，尤其肋排串、甜點類，好吃極了。餐廳的服務員都挺好的，禮貌周到熱情，尤其謝謝王淼的照顧，以後來長春，還會選擇酒店的自助餐。
當然也有點小瑕疵，天突然降温，而早餐有些食品不夠熱，温度偏温，有點兒不適合我這樣喜愛熱氣騰騰的客户。
但瑕不掩瑜，在長春高新洲際酒店，我住的十分舒適愉快。再一次謝謝工作人員Zoey、孫燦、王淼，你們的職業素養，禮貌周到的服務，令我對酒店留下了格外温馨又美好的印象。

JJoyful touristHotel location is so called near to train station but it is not so ”near” if traveller plan to walk with big bags because there is no lift access at the exit that is walkable to the hotel when exit from train station. Suggest traveller to check the exit properly so that you don't want too many ”extra”.
Room was ok, though it was a corner room, and my booking though mentioned is 8th to 9th floor, I received a 7th floor room instead.
Surrounding the hotel is few wholesale building of fashion, nails, etc. which is good for shopping.

- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. KKerstin KaehlerThis was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building.
This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas.

Comme il était encore endormi et ne m'a pas entendu entrer dans le lobby, j'ai dû contacter Trip et un représentant du service client a été rapide pour m'aider à sortir. Enfin, j'ai pu quitter mon bagage et utiliser la salle de bain d'une des chambres avant de sortir pour mon aventure de Changchun d'un jour.

Cette propriété est située dans une zone où il y a des plats et des magasins locaux, donc ne vous inquiétez pas de nourriture et de boissons.
