Upon arrival, the room I booked was under centralised heating and was a bit too warm for me. The hotel front desk tried to accommodate and showed me other available rooms for a swap. Eventually, we settled on a room on another floor for my entire 5 days' stay. The hotel's location was great, 30 seconds walk to metro, close to high speed rail station as well. I love the restaurants right next to the hotel also. It's clean, staff members are polite (greet you every time you are comingin or going out), and breakfast buffet has a huge variety of choices, and most importantly, very tasty. I love a hotel that has a laundry room as well, so convenient!!! Will definitely stay again next time.

The hotel with the best service & staff that’ll go out of the way to make you feel at home! Newly renovated, all the facilities are top notch. Even when the washing machines went out of service, staff arranged for us to wash our laundry at their executive apartment. Highly recommend!

The hotel offers excellent service. It's a newly opened hotel with brand-new facilities. Manager Yue Liang in the lobby provides great service and has an earnest attitude, which is really commendable. He gave me a music package coupon, and I had a great experience. They also arranged a fruit plate for me in the room. They attach great importance to guests and are very attentive. During my stay, the room service staff even helped polish my shoes. It truly lives up to the five-star standard. By the way, the swimming pool and the gym are really nice. The operating hours are very reasonable, from a little after 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., which makes it very convenient for me to work out after my meetings. It was a really good experience!
