My first encounter was Mr. Liang Wei at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me the greetings and offered useful information several times during my stay. When I requested an extended stay after the work hours, he processed it in a timely manner and gave me a deal. I am very grateful to him and the hotel. Upon arrival, the room I booked was under centralised heating and was a bit too warm for me. The hotel front desk tried to accommodate and showed me other available rooms for a swap. Eventually, we settled on a room on another floor for my entire 5 days' stay. The hotel's location was great, 30 seconds walk to metro, close to high speed rail station as well. I love the restaurants right next to the hotel also. It's clean, staff members are polite (greet you every time you are comingin or going out), and breakfast buffet has a huge variety of choices, and most importantly, very tasty. I love a hotel that has a laundry room as well, so convenient!!! Will definitely stay again next time.
