第一印象：驚艷！！！！！！！！！
雖然預訂之前也觀察了很多很久，也看了圖片介紹等等，但也是有些開盲盒的心態，因為現在太多都是美化後的圖片。這家酒店價格又不高，帶着一絲絲懷疑與期待到達了酒店，真的就是很驚艷驚喜！！！！大堂巨大大大，上檔次，而且打開房間門的那一剎那，哇塞🤩太好了吧！！一室一廳的大套房，面積寬敞，整潔，乾淨，明亮，裝修時尚，傢俱家電都是品牌高端的！位置臨近阿那亞，有去阿那亞的朋友住在這裏簡直方便極了😀

很棒的體驗，因為是剛剛開業所以一切都是新的，超級乾淨。洗澡間很大，設計蠻合理，洗浴用品很全。床睡起來很舒服。
然後是服務！！我剛剛還在和這裏的朋友講，這個錢花的真值當。首先就是可以在阿那亞社區暢通無阻，然後可以給前台打電話，會有小擺渡車來接。雖然在9期但是，離宿咕、曉麥穗等吃飯的地方很近，不到5分鐘就到了。
最後是，來這住宿可以獲得一張酒卷，兩種飲品一個有酒精一個無酒精。真的很好喝！！

IInvité這是一家一定會再來的酒店，非常慶幸當時在眾多阿那亞酒店中選擇了雲頌，不虛此行。
硬件的實力做的到位的酒店很多，但這家酒店的服務是真的做到了賓至如歸，舒適、安心，這真的十分難得。
基礎的服務來説，入住期間，我們所有的用餐、出行都是酒店幫忙安排的，推薦到位、響應及時。
再説幾件入住期間讓我們都很窩心的小事。
第一件事，入住期間剛好是我跟老公的結婚紀念日，酒店沒有端出預製的成品，而是新鮮現做了蛋糕給我們。我在很多酒店都吃到過迎賓或紀念日蛋糕，但説頌酒店的甜品水準之高、品質之好是我願意為之買單的，絕對不輸北京市內任何一家高端甜點店，給我們留下了非常美好的回憶。
第二件事，酒店的接駁車的車門扇頁處有一點凸起，我老公上車的時候腿不小心撞到了，上車之後就隨口説了一句。我們回到酒店還沒十分鐘，服務員就敲門送來了雲南白葯，説是服務員看到我老公撞到之後特意去葯店買的。也幸虧及時上了葯，第二天就消腫了。
第三件事，入住第二天天氣有點下小雨，我們吃完晚飯想着剛好避一下雨，就去了良子按摩。結束之後發現酒店發來消息提示我們外邊雨下大了，但看我們還沒有回酒店，擔心我們沒帶着傘不方便回酒店，問我們需要不需要派車去接一下。當時已經是深夜十一點多了，酒店還是馬上派了車，幾分鐘後車到了我們出門才發現雨下的非常大，酒店的工作人員帶了兩把超大號的傘，一路護着我們上了車，讓我們在這麼大的雨裏沒淋到一滴雨平安回到了酒店。
雖然並不是什麼大事，但能感受到酒店在用心關注每一位客人的安全與舒適體驗。
在這裏非常感謝李彬和各位酒店的每一位成員對我們的關照。期待下一次在雲頌與大家再次相會。

IInvité房間很美 直麪大海 可以躺在房間裏看日出 非常適合度假 唯一不足是這個季節晚上偏冷 跟管家溝通後才知道空調沒有制熱 需要關閉房間温度才能提高 關閉後房間可以達到正常温度
酒店服務一流 管家和酒店工作人員都很體貼 接駁車隨叫隨到 園區內任何地點都可以接送特別適合帶長者走路不方便的人羣 管家貼心提供園區內的美食推薦
酒店早餐選擇不多但是搭配也算合理味道也中規中矩 餐廳也是可以看海 安靜舒適

Aamanda80lee設施：優良。畢竟新開的，房間面積也不錯，裝修風格比較喜歡。還送很多小食飲料，孩子超愛。園區有一些配套，餐廳，麪包房等等，但不多。有一些娛樂設施，都很新，比如户外滑梯，室內水樂園和泳池，泵道，輪滑場地等，勉強夠玩。水樂園裡也有大人能玩的水滑梯，但是跟漁島的面積種類沒法比。
衞生：乾淨。細節打掃的乾淨，沒有因為住客少而怠慢。沙灘非常好，非常乾淨。因為光着腳在沙灘玩，把鞋放到了很遠的地方，然後光着腳就去了沙灘的公共衞生間，兩個保潔大姐隨時在清掃，感覺基本沒人用過衞生間，但清理的也很認真。
環境：幽靜。沒什麼人，剛剛春暖花開，還有點乍暖還寒，尤其早晚有點冷。主要還是帶着孩子撿撿貝殼，挖挖沙。休閑挺好的，一晃就三天過去了，意猶未盡。
服務：不錯。唯一就是水樂園不提供毛巾，得自己從房間帶過去，有點麻煩。第一次不知道，還得回去取，而且離房間走着有點遠，得開車。早餐不錯，看着餐廳不大，但是品種還挺豐富，吃的比較舒服。

PPaulIt was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality.
Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t!
In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

IInvitéJ'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Anlan, qui est considéré comme le plus rentable. Même si je m'inquiétais des frais de chambre d'hôtel avant mon arrivée, j'ai réalisé à quel point c'était délicieux à mon arrivée. de l'enregistrement a coïncidé avec l'anniversaire sur la carte d'identité. La chambre a été décorée gratuitement et un gâteau a été offert avec des mots de bénédiction chaleureux et également un cadeau pour la fête des enfants. Il est clairement indiqué que les clients de l'Anlan Hotel ne fournissent un service que 24 heures sur 24. Peu importe où vous vous trouvez dans le parc, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, veuillez contacter la réception à tout moment et ils enverront immédiatement le véhicule le plus proche. En même temps, il propose également toutes sortes de boissons et de collations gratuites au mini-bar. Il y a un très grand balcon où vous pouvez boire et vous détendre. La variété du petit-déjeuner est également très riche. l'attitude de chaque personnel de service est très bonne, je le recommande vraiment.

Aamanda80lee房間裝修不錯，層高非常高，熱帶風格，度假村的感覺，乾淨漂亮。定的雙床房，其中一張比較寬，和閨女一起睡一點都不擠。唯一就是房間面積一般，好像不到40平米，所以衞生間，淋浴間和洗漱間有點緊湊，且沒有陽台，再大點就更舒適了。另外，吃飯和温泉都要走5到6分鐘到温泉酒店去，所以天冷且有風的時候略不方便。其他都挺好，整體入住還是比較滿意的！設施完備但不是智能家居，扣半分，為什麼服務沒打滿分呢，因為酒店感覺沒什麼服務，連基本的引導，温泉講解之類的都沒有，還好之前加了酒店管家，人家有求必應。住酒店包含温泉和免費早餐，温泉可以無限次出入，出示房卡即可。晚上查小紅書才知道晚餐可以選擇温泉二樓的海鮮自助，和早餐自助就是一個餐廳。海鮮種類不多，不過109的價格，總體性價比還是相當不錯的。温泉是孩子最愛，雖然清明節人多，但是面積也真的大，溜溜玩了兩個半天，尤其第一天從下午3玩到晚上9點關門，依然意猶未盡。另外，走到海邊也挺方便，和走到温泉時間基本一樣。屬於漁島自有沙灘，人少乾淨景美。不過我們去的時候畢竟是四月，太陽底下曬的挺熱，但有風，刮的帳篷裏都是沙子。衹住了一天，光玩温泉和海灘就根本玩不過來，如果夏天遊樂園開了，估計得住兩天才能玩夠。

IInvité一家四口去漁島遊玩，為了方便定了漁島度假村酒店。選的酒店的輕奢loft（兩個娃）房間很大，很滿意！房間衞生乾淨 開始時洗澡間地漏反味，和前台説過後馬上給解決了，服務人員及保潔人員的服務態度很好，給贊👍🏻！住的酒店樓下就是小泳池 水很乾凈 也方便！
小火車接駁:小火車很方便，小火車工作人員態度很好。
漁島温泉票:下午早點去 多玩會 完事二樓直接吃自助餐！自助餐給贊👍🏻
漁島景區票:對於景區內的遊玩設施個人覺得既然花了好多錢住度假村的酒店，就應該設定VIP通道，不然就沒有意義了！

HhosooThe hotel has beautiful environment and amazing view. The service at the hotel is really good. I love how they provided use free fruits and snacks on our 1st day. Its so surprising 🥰. Special thanks to Yue Xinrui, Sun Siying, Zhao Xiaoxia, the receptionist at the hotel for their high efficiency and good attitude. Good luck guys.

走進房間，整潔程度令人驚艷，床鋪平整、傢俱一塵不染，空氣中還瀰漫著淡雅的薰衣草香，舒緩了旅途的疲憊。房間的設計兼具實用性與藝術性，佈局合理，各類設施觸手可及，細節之處盡顯品質。智能燈光系統能輕鬆營造出不同氛圍，窗邊舒適的沙發讓我能愜意欣賞城市美景。

IInvité十一帶娃去的黃金海岸 因為酒店距離火車站較近，價格也實惠，所以最後一晚轉宿到了昌黎賓館，首先酒店硬件條件很贊：房間有小度智能語音控制系統，房間內整齊乾淨～一層餐廳的菜也很好吃，菜量很大～帶娃就餐衞生也有保證~最值得一提的是我家娃爸把戒指落在房間，要不是工作人員致電提醒..他還沒有想起來... 在火車上接到工作人員打來的電話時，腦子也懵了…才想起來戒指忘記在了房間～工作人員馬上登機了郵寄訊息，幫我們發了快遞～真心感謝昌黎賓館的工作人員曹玲與房嫂李偉姐姐，她們拾金不昧的精神特別值得讚揚!這種高質量的酒店和優質的服務人員是我們今後旅行再次選擇的絕對原因～下一次去一定會再次選擇昌黎賓館入住！
