Évaluations de A Dream Homestay (Changsha Xiangya Branch 1)

I recently stayed in this apartment for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was well-maintained, incredibly cute, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The best part was the stunning view of a huge park, making for a comfortable stay. However, the cleanliness could be improved as I noticed some hair from previous guests in the bathroom. The downstairs area was a highlight, with a variety of restaurants and entertainment options adding to the convenience. The location was also fantastic, being just a minute away(literally!) from transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its prime location, excellent amenities, and the added convenience of not having to check in at a counter. The view was simply breathtaking!

This apartment needs deposit 300 RMB and to be paid by online / wechat. No flexibility if we pay and refund by cash.

First of all if you don't speak Chinese don't even consider trying to stay here. This is NOT a hotel, but a business that brokers flats in a commercial / residential complex with three tall towers... When finnaly managed to find the right building and went to the given address and knocked on the door no one answered, then the first phone number was not working and the 2nd got through but you could barely hear the person on the other side We had to add he Wechat and chat with him He demanded 300 as a deposit They use a APP to collect it, which then tells you where the room actually is... Bottom line they need to the so-called hotel's name to Nightmare Stay NOT Dream Stay Five thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎

特別温馨而且也很乾凈，視野特別好，房間床也挺舒服的，每個房間都有空調，入住的時候管家還會貼心提醒很多，也是幫我們辦理了提前入住，服務態度也很好👍很值得入住

民宿地理位置還行，出門就有地鐵、共享單車電動車。去附近的五一廣場啥的，電動車都是5-10分鐘。房間真的差評，房子都是廁所下水道的味道。客廳桌子小的可憐，放下2個菜，都放不下飯了。廁所的是玻璃門，沒有鎖，關不緊，有縫隙！洗澡上廁所都要小心翼翼。二樓兩個房間都沒有門，一個窗簾能擋一下，一個窗簾留個門的尺寸，對面房間一出來都能看到這個房間裏面了。真是夠尷尬的。停車一天50元。

设施：設備一般，有點舊，缺乏維修。 卫生：衛生可以。 环境：環境一般，足夠人使用。 服务：服務到位，提供洗浴巾，提供足夠的廁紙。 整體可以接受，有改善空間。

房間挺好的，和圖片差不多，無異味，很整齊，投影可以正常使用，離地鐵站很近交通便利，這個價格來説可以了，老闆人很好，東西忘了會幫忙郵寄，祝生意興隆。

房間很乾凈整潔，住的對面就是富興廣場還有湘雅醫院，交通很方便，樓下就是地鐵口，每次來長沙都是找他們家訂的房間，客服人真的好好，每次都耐心的解答我的問題，強烈推薦，不是託，大家可以放心住，哈哈哈哈…

交通便利，一樓餐飲行業種類繁多，室內裝修有檔次，環境衞生乾淨整潔，值得推薦

房間乾淨簡約，民宿位置也很方便出行，房屋設施很齊全有洗衣機和投影儀，出太陽的時候超級美，這個價位的LOFT民宿性價比很高了，最重要的是老闆的服務態度很好，説話也很客氣，體驗感滿滿

衞生挺不錯，風景也很好，可以俯瞰公園和博物館。交通更是無比方便～唯一就是電梯真的要預留至少十分鐘來等😅

沒拍照，反正麻雀雖小五臟俱全，適合一家人住，樓下就是地鐵站6號線，去哪都方便，對面商場，美食也不少，推薦綠草地，沒有五一廣場的人山人海，真心推薦，建議店家配些簡單的清潔工具，住幾天自己可以收拾收拾，還有對面廣場有茶顏悦色，重點人少排隊
