Hôtels près de Masan Fish Market, Changwon-si

The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.

J'ai toujours eu un endroit doux pour cet endroit parce qu'ils ont de bonnes bandes filipinos jouant dans le restaurant de basement. J'ai finalement séjourné dans cet endroit pendant des années après avoir visité. C'était un bon endroit pour rester, avec des gens aimables et efficaces. Il est très important de rester ici, mais pour une raison quelconque, le prix a augmenté la semaine prochaine, de sorte que j'ai dû choisir un endroit moins cher. D'une manière générale, c'est un bon endroit et j'espère rester là encore.

Cet hôtel est plus récent et bon pour les occidentaux à Changwon. Interieur moderne, mais petite opération de bureau frontal. Les chambres ont un bon ac et marche dans la douche. Espace de stockage plus petit. Petit déjeuner peut être inclus avec le prix. Bon petit déjeuner et machine à café pour moi. Demandez une omelette. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs endroits à Changwon et c'est bon, prix conscient aussi. La zone du centre-ville est plus proche des grandes boutiques pour des voyages et de nombreux petits restaurants du centre-ville qui sont excellents, authentiques.

Le personnel de l'hôtel M. Song (excellent service) et d'autres personnels étaient très utiles et l'hospitalité était grande.

L'hôtel Coroana est situé à Liuyuan City. Avant l'hôtel est la gare de Liuyuan. Pour aller à d'autres villes de Corée du Sud est très pratique. Le restaurant près de l'hôtel est également disponible, mais peut répondre aux besoins de voyage normales. Si vous voulez aller à la ville pour prendre un bus ou un bus, il n'est pas cher, le bus 8.000, le bus 1450, nettoyage et nettoyage, Pas de problème avec la communication anglaise de la réception

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.

Il y a de nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques de confort, parcours de golf sur écran à proximité, et 5 minutes à pied du centre. Les installations intérieures sont propres et propres et la chambre est spacieuse. Il est recommandé si vous êtes à Shangan-dong. Je pense que je ne trouverai ici que chaque fois que je viens à Shangnan-dong.

Nous avons 6 personnes séjournant six jours. Nous avons dit à l'hôtel trois jours avant que le voyage ait changé, il a fallu beaucoup de communications, il a trouvé Trip.com, le ministère de l'administration des usines de Corée, le gestionnaire de l'hallo, la réception n'a pas pu communiquer plus. L'hôtel dit que le consentement de Trip.com est nécessaire, mais Trip.com a accepté de ne pas percevoir de frais de service et, enfin, l'hôtel n'a pas accepté de demande de départ.
