一、諮詢，溝通服務表達不錯
1. 當天到達時還在下大雨，出發時已停雨，傘都放在包裏，停車場有些不便於高跟鞋踩下去的積水，衹好電話前台，前台很快就來接應了，點贊！
2. 問到早餐時前台回覆衹有麪條或者餛飩，因為考慮到成本，衹有人多時會豐富些，原因回答真實，點贊！
3. 諮詢用餐時前台介紹了周邊的農家樂，點贊！
二、入住體驗
1. 房間是真的緊湊，有種進入房間所有陳設撲面而來的感覺，硬是在有限的空間裏搭配了能夠滿足客人的擺放。
2. 其實這家民宿晚上乃至周邊都很安靜的，是看書還是發呆，都很適合，屬於散心型，但是越到晚上外面的交通信號燈的提醒聲就越清晰，對於睡眠不好的客人來説真是很頭大。
3. 過道地板是真的卡卡響，這麼幽靜的小院，各房間緊挨着，有點聲音就很吵人。
4. 院裏的三花貓很可愛，貓咪是很安靜的動物，不過無意間從客用區看到後面有貓咪居住的地方，確實整理的不行，農家使用器具，個人用品閑散放着，又是玻璃門，看來考慮的很不周到，也許是我多慮了，野趣民宿就需要帶點凌亂美。
三、衞生直觀感受
1.如圖所示，房間的各個邊沿，角落，開關，牆面，陽台頂面，煙感裝置的蒼蠅屎，客用毛巾的破絮和洗滌後暗暗的顏色，投影儀上的灰塵給客户感覺就是無法認同。
四、建議商家
1. 前台接聽電話時，首先是您好，這裡是既見桑梓民宿，不是“喂”。
2.如遇大雨天，可提醒客人到達後聯繫商家，商家購買大傘接應客人，尤其是攜長者和小孩的家庭。
3. 衞生檢查仔細有效，和有沒有多少員工無關，客人來自不同地方，衞生要求都是一樣的，乾淨，舒適！
4. 早餐多元化，量小但品種多些，簡單的餛飩或者麪條其實除了方便，到街上也能吃到。宜興和浙江的民宿同樣是五百多的房間，早餐很豐富，店家説的最多的一句話就是，早餐要吃好才有力氣玩。
5. 後院收拾一下，不管是用具還是貓窩等，規整比散在會議室直觀的好，而且給客户感覺就是店家對於不起眼的地方也是整理的有條不紊。

Une expérience d'enregistrement super surprise, le passé de conduite autonome était très tard, le patron attendait et je suis vraiment désolé. Le temps n'est pas particulièrement clément, il fait très froid et il s'avère qu'entrer dans la pièce ressemble au printemps. Le climatiseur a été allumé à 28 degrés depuis longtemps et il fait chaud. L'eau chaude a été mise dedans la piscine d'eau chaude et vous pouvez prendre l'eau chaude directement, c'est vraiment super intimiste. Trempez-vous dans la soupe la nuit, mettez un masque dessus et dormez magnifiquement ! J'ai erré dans la petite cour à six heures du matin. C'est très grand, il y a environ six ou sept pièces séparées avec des bassins d'eau chaude. Nous avons initialement choisi un petit style japonais et l'intimité n'est pas très bonne. En conséquence, le patron nous a offert un surclassement gratuit dans la piscine à soupe de style cour avec une excellente intimité, ce qui est vraiment heureux. Très agréable. Je veux vraiment y retourner. J'aime vraiment le bel hôtel avec un environnement de service si attentionné! L'expérience est géniale ! C'est dommage que je viens de partir sans rester une journée pour flâner. Malheureusement, la prochaine fois, je dois y aller et rester deux jours pour me promener. L'air est très bon ! C'est une vie idéale !

環境很好，大門很大氣。
房間衞生乾淨，服務員很專業，熱情，耐心解答問題，房間內設施不錯，最最驚喜的是床墊竟然有一層乳膠很舒服睡得很好。空調製熱很快。
隨口一問早餐可否贈送前台竟然給我申請了免費早餐，很感謝，很貼心。早餐時間到10點結束，不用早起也能吃到，吃了一碗麪，味道不錯～
電梯需要刷卡很安全，入住放心。
停車場好大，也很整潔，對電車很友好，有二三十個充電樁呢。
很有性價比的一家酒店，如有機會再來，還會預訂。

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

L'environnement est très silencieux, quand vous vous réveillez le matin, vous pouvez profiter du silence, écouter les oiseaux et profiter de la vue sur le lac.
L'hôtel est très proche (à environ 5 km) de la forêt de Nanshan Bamboo et aussi des sources chaudes Yushui, ce qui la rend également très confortable.
Nous appréciions vraiment le service de cet hôtel et nous reviendrions certainement à l'avenir.

Le type de restaurant du matin choisit toujours un riche goût. Hygiène: l'hygiène est toujours très bonne, les fournitures de lit et les détails de la salle de bain sont bons. Environnement: l'environnement est bon, puis vous pouvez voir quelques paysages dans cette ville. Service: la réception est très enthousiaste, la réception est également avec des boissons de suppe de suppe de suppe acide. Parce que nous sommes partis de la chambre à l'avance et nous sommes allés au Xiao Huangshan Forest Park pendant un moment, le petit garçon a aidé à prendre soin de la bagage et à mettre la réception. Il y avait une prise de terre sur le sol à côté du lit et l'interrupteur est tombé en panne, ce qui a fait trébucher notre famille de trois personnes dans les virages, ce qui était particulièrement douloureux;
La réception est relativement peu professionnelle, la carte de la chambre n'a pas réussi à ouvrir la carte, la porte n'a pas pu être ouverte et l'ascenseur n'a pas pu être glissé.Bien sûr, cela a été résolu plus tard, mais il s'agit d'une erreur rare et de très bas niveau;
La nourriture au restaurant du petit déjeuner est moyenne, pas très savoureuse.

Durant mon séjour, j'ai commandé le service de la chambre presque toutes les soirs et bien que je ne parle pas chinois, le personnel était très patient et utile pour s'assurer qu'ils recevaient mon commande correctement.
La chambre est très confortable et vous avez une chambre confortable. Il est également très centralisé avec un accès facile à l'attraction, aux magasins, aux restaurants et aux gares de chemin de fer légers pour voyager dans d'autres villes de Chine. En outre, les restaurants, piscine, court de basket-ball, café et autres services de l'hôtel font qu'il est un endroit confortable pour rester si c'est votre première fois en Chine ou Changzhou comme c'est le mien.
Pour des raisons liées au travail, mon voyage à Changzhou a été prolongé et j'ai eu le plaisir de mon séjour à l'hôtel Marriot si longtemps que j'ai décidé de prolonger mon séjour ici et de mettre à niveau ma chambre pour inclure la salle de contrôle (il vaut la peine de rester ici, Il est comme avoir accès à une salle de niveau des Émirats avec vue tous les jours).
En résumé, le personnel est très aimable et utile, les chambres sont magnifiques et les services fournis rendent votre séjour très confortable! Je recommande vivement de rester au mario de Changzhou dans le district de Xinbei pendant votre temps ici!

The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
