Come experience Lake Wylie at Rock Island Oasis! From beautiful sunsets, direct access to Lake Wylie and a large pool, this luxury waterfront home has it all. Rock Island Oasis features 4 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 14 people! Enjoy a Lakecation only 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport!
This beautiful home was fully renovated in 2022. This Modern Luxury Lakehome is open and airy, yet cozy spaces will fill all your vacation needs!
Come enjoy our Lake Wylie, waterfront property offering the perfect outdoor oasis including in-ground pool, kayaks, firepit and dock!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, NEW stainless-steel appliances, cooking basics & spices, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, kitchen table seats 6, counter seating
LIVING ROOM: Lots of windows with expansive lake views, comfy couches and big screen TV for movie nights
GENERAL: Smart TVs (75” and 85”), WiFi, washer & dryer, towels, beach towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, pets fee (paid pre-arrival)
OUTDOOR: Premium Weber 3 burner Gas grill, in-ground pool, up to 6ft depth (open April through October), expansive deck with seating and water views, multiple wood burning fire pits, floating dock, 2 kayaks
PARKING: Garage and outdoor parking
Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at time of booking. Additional $500 per pet fee per stay will be charged.

RULES
- Pets are permitted with disclosure and pet fee
- No parties or excessive noise
- No outside guests that are not included in the reservation unless disclosed and agreed upon with host
- NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.
- NUMBER OF GUESTS. Only the permitted number of guest are allowed to stay at the property. If you need to modify the number of guest please reach out directly.
The home has security cameras that cover the front of the house facing the driveway including the smart doorbell and the back of the house facing the pool/lake.

ESSENTIALS
We provide our guests with linen (sheets and towels) as well as a complimentary starter essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste, and complimentary kitchen necessities such as garbage bag, paper towel, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.
We strive for our guests to have a positive experience. If things are not to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so we can resolve things immediately for you at check in or during your stay, and not after!

Great house and common space - pool and access to the lake. Only criticism would be 2 bathrooms for 10 people but overall great place for our stay!

Beautiful home with lake access
We really enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating and responded to requests and questions efficiently. The hot tub was so clean and fresh. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. We had a group of 12 and fit comfortably. The boat slip was convenient and made our boat day a breeze. Would totally recommend!

A True Oasis
My family and young kids stayed here for 3 weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home has a beautiful view and access to rent and park a boat or jet ski. Close to all the Charlotte premium outlets and lots of restaurants. A True Oasis.

Excellent lake property!
The location was absolutely great. The home was very clean which is not true of other homes I’ve rented. Well stocked kitchen, beds were extremely comfortable and check in was effortless. We had a drop in water pressure one day that turned out to be a community problem which the city of Charlotte fixed immediately. We emailed our host a heads up and they responded very quickly. Overall a 5 star vacation destination!! Thank you!
