Four bedrooms, each with two (2) twin XL beds, and two (2) full sized bathrooms to truly accommodate 8 guests comfortably. There's space for the whole family! We go to great lengths to maintain and prepare our properties, which requires extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This additional treatment may mean that your unit won’t be ready until check-in time (4:00 pm), but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! Requests for early check-in - $100 fee; late check-out (up to 1pm) - $150 Our unit is located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, where parking is a premium. We are able to provide free parking for ONE vehicle in the complex parking lot. Additional vehicles can find street parking, or park in the paid lot conveniently located directly across the street. The paid lot has daily parking from 5 am - 4 pm for $17, and 4pm - 5am for $14. Parking is $14 on Saturdays, and hourly parking is available after 5pm on weekdays & weekends. Our units are stocked with the following basics: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, body wash, hand soap, dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and 2 large trash bags. Kitchens are equipped with coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils and dinnerware for 8. Laundry centers contain full-sized washer & dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. If you need additional items, there is a Harris Teeter grocery store conveniently across the street. There are no daily or mid stay housekeeping services. Linens are on the beds, and bath towels are on the vanities in the bathrooms. We do not provide additional towels or bedsheets during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the unit to wash/dry sheets and towels should you desire. AMENITIES •Air conditioning •Wi-Fi •Linens & bath towels •Fully equipped kitchen •Dishwasher •Washer/Dryer •Free parking for ONE vehicle Check-in instructions will be emailed at NOON of your arrival date. If for some reason you do not receive them by 1pm on check-in day, please reach out ASAP to ensure a smooth check-in experience. Our guests will have complete access to the unit, including all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen. Feel free to use the washer, dryer, iron, and parking space. This is your home away from home. Speaking of home away from home, please treat our space as you would your own! In the event that our housekeeping staff finds broken or damaged objects, stained (blood, wine, makeup, etc.) linens or towels, or excessive trash, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee ($79) and the cost of replacing the item(s). We expect our guests to be courteous of other building tenants and visitors. This means: NO PARTIES (including loud music that is heard outside of the unit) NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit, the building or directly outside the building. NO PETS, no Exceptions Any violations of these policies will result in expulsion with additional $150 cleaning fees. There will be no refunds. Rentals for 20 nights or longer will be assessed electricity charges of $200 per month. Professional photos - Due to contrast/saturation and monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Our photo gallery includes images of the building’s social room in addition to photos of the unit interiors. Property updates - We change linens/bedcovers, décor and equipment regularly to maintain our high standards. Photos of items from the gallery may differ in brand/color/pattern from the items you will find in the apartment. We are not responsible for temporary utility/internet outages; however, we will do our best to contact property administration, vendors and/or technical support to address the issue as soon as possible. We provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit at noon on the day of arrival. Check out instructions are provided via email the evening prior to your departure. It is our desire to provide the highest level of support and service throughout your stay. Excellent location for games and festivities, Harris Teeter close by. Building secure. Thin walls for inside and outside the building. People were loud outside the building and lots of car noise even though we were on the 3rd floor.

Was a great stay besides...... It was just what we needed, the location was good but some sketchy people in the building.The main complaint was the fire alarm going off at 11:30 pm and having to evacuate for 45 minutes when we had an extremely early morning event to get up for. I know that was out of your control however it was a bummer.

4 of us came to watch a NBA game. great location for walking to spectrum center. overall good experience. but wish some bedrooms had double or queen or king beds. little twin beds have no headboards and no bedside tables. very basic bedrooms. and kitchen only has 2 coffee mugs !!

Hot Chocolate Run Excellent location. We came to Charlotte for the Hot Chocolate Run. The place was very clean. The biggest complaint was there was only a chair and 3 seat couch. No table and chairs or additional seating like in the pic. We sat on the floor just not as relaxing, especially after our run. And we ate on our laps. The WiFi didn't connect. The link I was given wasn't listed.

Amazing Apartment complex I can’t say enough good things about this listing. We had 7 stay here for a cheerleading competition at the convention center.also the convention center was a short drive 5 min. The apartment complex was securely safe with codes to get in and a great neighborhood. Joel was amazing answering all my question before my trip. The apartment was very nice and big. Double vanities in both bathrooms made is so nice for 5 girls getting ready for cheer. I would recommend this property for sure.

We stayed at this property for one night for the Morgan Waller concert at Bank of America Stadium. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to and from the stadium. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and lots of beds. Unfortunately, we were not there for long, so could not utilize (and can't speak to) the complex's amenities, but the grounds (outside area) looked nice. We would definitely stay here again. Some negatives (not huge deal though) was that being in the city, it was not very quiet, but that's to be expected. In addition, finding where to park was a little challenging but that could have been due to concert traffic.

Clean and cozy Cozy apartment. Owner was very responsive to questions and the location is within walking distance to many attractions. Would stay again.
