You get what you pay for they double booked our room so someone walked in on me and my family that was annoying and we got a refund

Was loving the place until someone else was checked into my room and even got a working key to come into my room while I was naked . Front desk completely disregarded the issue

My review is for trip.com I didn't even stay there and i didn't give me my money back and I tried to change the dates and u wouldn't work with me..I had to stay in the airport for 24hrs ..u guys are horrible not the hotel

We stayed here because our flight was delayed and I had points to book the room. I made the decision to stay here from the higher reviews online. Imo the rating needs to be closer to a 2-2.5 rating, no higher. I would first like to compliment the staff. I was able to call for a free shuttle from the airport around midnight. The driver, Hassan, was very courteous and drove us to and fro the airport. The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. There also appeared to be a security service patrolling the property which didn't appear to be that busy. I didn't see anything shady going on or notice any partying out of the rooms so that's a plus. The property is very large and checkin for ramada is the same desk as Clarion. There is a large banquet hall between hotels so you can get lost if not careful. This property is reminiscent of large hotel convention centers from the 80s. However, this place either needs to have millions spent on remodeling, or torn down and start over. We did notice a massage parlor on-site near the front desk in the maze between buildings. Not sure what that is all about but certainly makes one wonder. Our room was barely passable for a 2 star property. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. The rest of the room could use some work. As far as any pest problems in the room, i didnt do a thorough inspection but it was definitely dusty behind the bed. Many rooms between our walk appeared to be under renovation. The banquet hall had a faint odor but unsurprising for a property of this size and age. There was large pool outside that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile but not totally abandoned. I did see a housecat near the pool, perhaps they patrol the grounds as well. Overall the place has some potential but would likely need millions in upgrades to compete with newer hotels. If I was in a jam with flights and packed lightly I would probably stay there again if the price was right due to the shuttle access and overall cost. Hopefully the ownership will make improvements to the property in the future.

Save your money and never stay at this hotel. Our experience was absolutely horrible. The hotel staff did not provide any of the basic services despite of constant reminders. We were in town tending to the sudden death of a beloved family member and we were gone most of the day and night organizing their belongings and making funeral arrangements. We’d request the front desk for house keeping every morning yet come back to an unclean hotel room every evening. The phone and mini fridge did not work in our room and we informed the front desk the very first moment we noticed the issue, yet it was never addressed nor fixed during our three night stay. The sheets were stained, trash was overflowing, and dirty towels were piling up yet we never received any services despite of numerous nudges and reminders. Ultimately, we were provided a bag to take out our own trash and had to bring down our dirty towels and sheets to get fresh ones from the front desk. Mind you, our room was on the top floor and a good 3 minute lobby walk from the front desk. We had to make multiple trips between our rooms and the front desk just to avail some of the basic amenities. This was the last thing we expected to deal with as we were still grieving and organizing a funeral. The only reason we chose to book a hotel instead of an AirBnB was so we won’t have to worry about keeping up the room. Worst hotel stay by far so please do yourselves a favor and never try to book a stay at this hotel because they seem to not care about their guests at all.
