Avis : Terrace Resort Chatan West

The location is okay, not too far in and within walking distance to a convenience store. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but the room itself was very nice and clean. I really liked how quiet and peaceful it was

The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Only problem was the check in is until 9pm!!! 😌

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!

The TV is great, lots of space to shower and bath in the toliet, we can even clean our clothes, it was a good experience.

세명이 가성비로는 좋아요 위치가 아메빌에서 걸어서 좀 걸려서… 요즘날씨 더워서 림들었지 뭐에요ㅜㅡㅜ 자전거 대여라도 있었으면 좋았겠어요ㅠㅠ 에어컨이 좀 약해요. 여름은 피하시길..

飯店費用其實很平價，但是美中不足的是 房間內地面不乾淨，包括榻榻米也是都灰塵，床鋪上也是蠻多毛屑，廚房廚具鍋子真的已經刮傷很嚴重真的不適合給客戶使用 簡易更新，浴室的浴缸整個位移破損 使用上有安全堪慮

無人入室機は年配の方方には不向きと感じた。 部屋はコンパクトで設備も完備されておよかった。

我們兩個人入住，房間空間很夠，有提供廚房、微波爐，冰箱，洗衣機和烘衣機，滿足帶小孩出遊的要求。如有開車，需另外付費停樓下的停車場。

自己不小心在去酒店的路上弄傷了腳，但是意外得到了那天協助入住的工作人員的大力相助！非常感謝這位小哥哥！真的感動到想哭！ 所有的溝通是通過郵件，包括入住事項、門禁、退房，非常順利。到達前因為碰到堵車，擔心超過他們6:30下班時間，但是郵件溝通後，工作人員叫我不要擔心（我最後6點到了），感恩！ 雖然離開美國村有些些遠（步行20分鐘左右，打個車也是可以的，大概700日元供參考），但這家店離開我學潛水的地方非常近，是個很安靜的地方。 再次感謝10.6晚上幫助過我的店員！謝謝你讓我沖繩的獨自旅行有了美好的回憶！
