Travelodge Chatham Maritime

This place needs a serious upgrade. Bedrooms were dirty and shower was atrocious. Went to the bar and a guy there didn’t even know what a Chardonnay was !!! Breakfast almost inedible. Don’t stay here please.

What a disappointment Been using this hotel for over 10 years Well was greeted by one of the happiest girls I have met in a long time wonderful easy check in She was funny asking for a review Don't blame here asking straight away The evening meal was shocking not as described staff where useless dealing with this A very good sleep to awake to the worst breakfast experience in my life I arrived down at restaurant to meet my friend who was shaking his head As he could only find one clean table out of 15 tables Then I searched for staff what a shambles they hide in kitchen don't clear tables easier to walk by dirty tables than clear them I am guessing there is no management in the morning Very disappointed it's a great location But staff hide

I stayed at this Travelodge it was one of the best one I’ve stayed at so far compared to all the other ones the staff are always around to help and nothing is to much for them the rooms are very nice and the bar happy hour is a good deal the receptionist and bar lady Lacey was very helpful all through my stay thank you

This travel Lodge has a bar and a restaurant. Great location as it is walking distance from the Chatham Dockyard and from many restaurants. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Cyclists friendly hotel as long as you let them know in advance.

We stayed 2 nights whilst visiting chatham and the medway. It is well situated and easy to find (though the roundabouts are a nightmare). It was an easy walk to the shopping complex and restaurants. We had an accessible room on the top floor. It was spacious with twin beds and an accessible bathroom. The shower was very difficulty to work and there seemed to be little hot water. The control tap fell off! Our one gripe was that the disabled spaces (2?) were frequently occupied and not as far as we could see by anyone disabled. I guess they rely on good will to police it but we found this to be a regular occurrence around Kent - I assume the locals dont give a toss about disabilities given their politics.

Laceys customer service was absolutely brilliant out company booked a double room instead of a twin room and she had no hesitation to change our room no problem. Would deffinalty stay at this hotel again. The food is also very nice and well priced for a hotel.
