Friendly and helpful front desk.
The hotel is new, clean, and has a robot that delivers food to your room—great for travelers without a local phone’s number, just provide your room number to the delivery rider.
Less than 10 minutes’ walk to the metro.
Minor downside: some road noise, but not loud.

A warm welcome from the front desk service manager and they are very helpful to answer all our queries. The hotel is walking distance to the subway station and the room is clean.

Had a great and enjoyable stay! The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and amenities were refilled everyday during room cleaning. They were very generous with the number of water bottles provided so we don't have to worry about not having enough water.
Our room does not include breakfast so we're unable to comment on that. However, the beverages (coffee and tea) provided at Hotel lobby was great! Hotel reception is also able to receive parcels on behalf.
Location was also strategic, being only 3-5mins walk away from the nearest metro exit with escalators. There was many eateries and convenient stores nearby.
We stayed here as we have to travel often to the Chengdu East Railway Station and this hotel is the best location as it is only a 10mins didi ride. It is also only 2 metro stops away from the city centre (Chunxi Road).
We will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit Chengdu again.

All the staff at the front desk were nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. There is a laundry facility in the basement. I loved the fragrance in the main hall. The only downsides were the lack of a bidet in the toilet and the absence of a hanger in the shower room, which made things less convenient. Additionally, the shower and toilet are in separate rooms, which made it more inconvenient since there is no bidet in the toilet room.

I and my daughter stayed 2 nights. The hotel is new and just opened in 2024. The hotel room very clean, smart room design, bed very comfortable, overall excellent stay.The hotel in good location and walking distance close to subway station. Nearby got food stalls/shops. We will come back again.

Room is very comfortable and spacious for a solo traveller. The fixtures in the room are well maintained and I like that the hotel is a standalone building. There are some hotels that shares the building so they occupy certain floors, those tend to have less conducive environments and lifts are slower. This hotel is very good and staff are really friendly.
