Homeinn Plus Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li store

The hotel is not very close to the subway station, but traveling is not difficult. It’s very convenient to call a Didi or take a bus since there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming to us as foreign guests. They made an effort to communicate with us. Even though we only stayed for two nights, we felt very well-received. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. The window in the room is a fake one, which is quite unique and gives the impression of it always being daytime. The restaurant, fitness room, and laundry room are located on the 5th floor. A minor downside was that on the first night, I noticed a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room, especially near the left side of the bed next to the bedside clock. Additionally, the shower drainage didn’t work very well. I mention these points for improvement and not to damage the hotel’s reputation. Nonetheless, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again when I visit Chengdu in the future.

Hotel is right outside the busstop and a 5mins walk away from ChunXi Road. Hotel room in general is very clean and comfortable. Frontdesk is very helpful and polite. Will come back to stay if i travel to Chengdu again.

Receptionists Chou Lisha 周丽莎 and Chen Yan 陈艳 are attentive, polite and prompt in their service. They also extended our check out time by 2 hours before we had to leave for airport. Hotel is clean and hygienic, and the design is chic and modern. It was a comfortable stay and most attractions are just up to 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride away. Only one very minor issue was that the air vent of room 8663 had the smell of cigarettes every time it was turned out. 8662 did not have this issue. The free laundry facilities are very good and easy to use. Recommend this hotel especially if you come back from travelling from road trips and have tons of clothes to wash.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was new, location was good and the staff was friendly. Only downside was the smell of cigarettes will come into the room when you turn on the aircond.

Very clean and new. Feel private and quiet. No smell of smoke at all. Nice and warm temperature even in the winter.  Outstanding service, I have to check out early but still able to leave luggages at the hotel, then picked them up later in the late night.  Staff are not able to speak English but still have an eager to communicate. I’ve been to several hotel in Chengdu, I think this one is the best.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's in a walking distance from Chunxi road metro and all the shopping area. The staff is also very nice. A perfect stay.
